Muffyn Thanks for commenting. smile Yeah, I'm excited to be under 200 now and hopefully I can keep it that way. It's been a PAIN to take off. Concerned with my calories how? Not enough? I am feeling healthy and haven't felt any sicknesses yet. Well, that's good. Yeah, not enough. I was just concerned that a sudden shift could have made your body go WHAKAA!??!!! smile

Yesterday:
Breakfast: I think tortilla with cheese and onion. -200c
Lunch: Veggie burger, small fries, and a small salad from Burger King. - 560c
Dinner: Two veggie eggrolls and a piece of toast. - 400c
Exercise: A whole day at a theme park. Probably 7+ miles of walking, plus all the rides and standing. XD
Drink: Probably over 100oz of water.
Estimated Calories: 1160 - 800 (or more) exercise = 360

Breakfast: Tortilla with refried beans, onions, and half an italian tomato. - 260c
Drink: 1 cup iced tea - 50c
Lunch: 1 small slice of pizza and small handful of nuts. -250
Snack: Lite buttered popcorn and fruit & nut bar - 260
Dinner: Small bowl of pasta. - 250
Calories: 1070

Breakfast: Two sunny side up eggs with two pieces of toast - 340c
Drink: 30oz water.
Lunch: Some thin slices of organic pizza - 400c
Snack: A scoop of ice cream with small amount of topping and nuts. - 200c
Drink: 24oz low cal energy drink. -30c
Dinner Slice of another pizza. -100c
Exerice: Lifting boxes, running around.
Estimated Calories: 1070 - 200 exercise = 870

Breakfast: Some french fries with ketchup, lol. - 300c Drink: 1 cup of sweetened coffee. - 35c Lunch: 7 strawberries with lite whipped cream, 1/2 bag of Gardetto's. - 250c Drink: Lemonade. -50c Dinner: Gardenburger with a very small amount of fries. - 600c Drink: 15oz water. Normally do way more.
Total Calories: 1235

Breakfast: 8 strawberries in small amount of lite whip, a bundle of grapes. -150c Drink: Cup of sweetened coffee. -35c Lunch: Chinese takeout. sad Seseme Tofu and Vegetable Low Mein. - 700c Drink: Another cup of coffee and three huge glasses of water. -30c Dinner: Some nibbles of a pizza and a bit of grapes. - 200c
Exercise: 1 hour on elliptical on weightloss. 15 minutes on treadmill 15 minutes on stationary bike 15 minutes weight lifting.
Total Calories Lost: 530
Estimated Calories for the day: 1115

Breakfast: Two sunnyside up eggs. -200c Drink: 17oz of water. -0c Lunch: 6" veggie sub w/o cheese at Subway. - 250c Drink: 20oz water. Snack: 10 M&M's and some chocolate covered raisins. - 250c sad Dinner: 6 fried zucchini, 8 Dorito's with a half cup cottage cheese, and a strawberry yogurt. -500
Exercise: Biked two and from work (uphill back home). At work did a bunch of box lifting and carrying. Also walked a little over a mile with sister. Burned 500 calories
Total Calories: 1200

Breakfast: 1 cup tomato soup with sprinkle of cheese. 1 container yogurt. - 250c Drink: 1/2 cup of coffee and power-c vitamin water. -70c
Exercise: Walk to and from work. Burned 200 calories Estimated Calories so far: 320

Breakfast: Cup of yogurt and a very small slice of leftover pizza. - 300c Drink: 1 cup of sweetened coffee and a diet coke -35c Lunch: Tall cup of iced caramel machiatto (soy) - 200c Dinner: Boca burger on hamburger bun, small piece pizza. - 450
Exercise: Walk to work and doing and being physically active at work. Burned 250.
Estimated Calories: 985

Breakfast: Bowl of Trail Mix grapenuts in lite soymilk - 300c Lunch: Starbucks caramel macchiato with soy and a slice of espresso cake - 550c Drink: 12oz diet Rockstar - 15c Dinner: 1 cup rice and fettichini with mushroom sauce and spinage. - 370c Drink: 30oz water.

Sorry about inactivity, this week is a LONG work week.
Yesterday:
Breakfast: 2 cups Kroger Active cereal with lite soymilk. - 260c Drink: 20oz water. Lunch: Amy's brand cheese and broccoli wrap. Cup of mac&cheese -480c Drink: Strawberry smoothie - 250c Snack: 1 medium banana and a few carrots. -120c Dinner: Three tiny slices of pizza. - 270c Drink: 20oz water.
Exercise: A lovely photography walk to work. Burned 100 calories.
Estimated Calories: 1380
Today:
Breakfast: Slice of toast - 80c Medium banana -100c Handful of grapes -50c
Drink: Cup of coffee. -35c
Lunch: Salad with very tiny amount of italian dressing. -100c
Drink: Can of iced tea. -110c
Dinner: Gardenburger with two pieces of bread. - 250c 8 olives - 50c
Drink: A lot of water. I think like 50oz.
Exercise: Bike to work -100c Bike back home (uphill) - 200?c Work activities - 100c Burned 400ish calories.
Total Calories: 775

Breakfast: Boca burger w/ two pieces of bread, lettuce and mustard. -250c 1 medium banana -100c
Snack: Some salsa chips and a few pistachios - 120c
Lunch: 6" veggie sub. -230c
Drink: 20oz water and a bunch of tea (visited Celestial Seasonings tea factory). -70?
Snack: Two handfuls of chocolate covered sunflower seeds. -120c
Dinner: 1/2 cup tomato soup with a slice of bread. 2 cups of wild rice.. -345c
Total calories: 1235
This day was so much fun! My best friend from college picked up my sister, her boyfriend and I and we went to the Celestial Seasonings tea company in Boulder, Colorado. The mountains and scenery is a photographers heaven. I loved it so much up there. It was lightly raining and the big fluffy clouds really added a really calming feel. We had the giggles during the factory and had a fun time buy a ton of cheap teas. I love road trips. It was so much fun! On the way back we made bets on who would be the last person to have to go to the bathroom, and bets were placed on me. But I folded, TOO MUCH TEA! So we stopped at a gas station and my sister's boyfriend won the bet.
It was so awesome. I realized how much I missed having a friend I can so closely rely on for anything. I have always been sort of a loner but I think on this day I realized how important it is to have that unconditional bond with something. She is more of a mother to me then my real mom ever was.
I've also been working really hard to eat more appropriate things. This paycheck I really am going to try and buy more AC diet related things and nothing else so I can stay on track. I feel myself changing (although that hungry feeling has been fighting it's way through) and I'm making better decisions now.
