personally, I like the Gentlemen, but they can't really be considered villans (I guess) since they were only in one episode.

I think glory was my favourite. She was just so funny and a girl. Haha. I loved the vampires too but with Glory, it was just...i dunno. She's cool. I didn't like Adam though. He was quite bland for me. [ no offence to people who liked him]

Each villain had their plusses and minuses. The master was really awesome and powerful, but spent eleven of the twelve season one episodes burried under ground. Spike and Dru were great... Well, Dru was geat, but she never fought anyone until Kendra, really. The Mayor was awesome, but one he turned demonized, he was a loser.. Come one, he said: "Well, Gosh!" as a giant demon snake. Adam was very smart, but had no personality. Glory, was awesome though. She struck whenever she felt like it and killed whenever she felt like it. But in the end, it wasn't even her who opened the portal... Who was Doc anyway?!?! The Troika... I only liked Warren. I mean, they only used Andrew because the "Tucker" actor couldn't come back. The first was a big loser who had an Ex-preacher do all his dirty work. Not impressive.

sorry hated the nerds. well jonathen and andrew were ok...i liked jonathan before. but warren...oh he needed to be skinned alive...if only it would have happend slower...and more painfully... smile but yea favorite villian...hands down is glory. she was just great. she was like an evil cordelia of first season...ok eviler cordelia. and she was so great. she knew how to dress. ok yea insane...but i mean wasn't she just fabulous being insane. o god i used the word fabulous. but i love glory. she will be my fav. sweet is a close second (the bad guy from the musical episode) he was great...plus i love the musical

I loved Glory in comparasion to the others, tho Dark Willow did it to cause I loved what she did to Warren (torture, skin then flay his soul). I also like Faith and Mayor Wilkins the Third, Season 3 was wicked, tho season 5 was the best. GO GLORY!!!! (excpet when she drained Tara of her sanity in Tough Love)

Dru and Spike... I carry a BTVS Big Bads trading card of Spike and Dru in my wallet. People have questioned it but I bite out something about centuries of love and mayhem and they shutup...
In my head I think I am Dark Willow so that would be vain. *laff*

I'm tied between Angelus and Dru and Spike. Angelus is the greatest threat and pretty much the greatest of evils. Angelus will always be there, even if Angel's in control. Dru and Spike were good, just, they weren't as strong together as Angelus was alone. Plus, who would have more impact against The Slayer (Buffy or Faith), Angelus would have the upper-hand. Faith won't kill Angelus because Angel is the only one who never gave up on her and Buffy will always have risidual(sp?) feelings for Angel that will keep her back a bit during fights.

Wateva! I loved evil willow the best becoz she is soo funny and was the only one to whoop buffy a gooden! I thought she was wicked cool when she fought giles! She sure showed him who's the rank, arrogant, amature didn't she?

I totally agree. Glory was bad a** and she was cute and funny, and just awesome in every way. I think maybe I felt like there just wasn't anything definitive about Adam. He didn't have all the motivation every other villian had. I dunno, it's just weird to describe.
I do understand that the whole half man - half machine thing has an awesomeness all of it's own, but I guess it didn't do it for me.

Who was the worst, or could be the worst, was probably Angelus, by what I figure, but I like the nerds better... Though, I doubt they could do much damage, even if they had some sort of vampire making machine. I really need to watch all the episodes of buffy.

you know i voted for glory but after reading all the other posts, i thought about it and i think i just chose her because i liked season 5 the best. the story arc, little twists, a great new concept on introducing a new character. but it wasn't because glory was the best villain. if i were to change my vote it would be for spike and dru, followed by faith. spike and dru were perfect when they came to sunnydale. spike's attitude and devotion, dru's visions and insanity. i loved them. and faith, i loved her too. she was like a villain i felt sorry for and not completely but saw why she was like the way she was. ok enough of my babbling. bye.

I always liked the Master. Why? He was evil. Not "Hey, we're nerds, let get revenge on a BIGGER scale," evil, but "I'm going to kill everyone. Not because it's fun, but because it's what I do," evil. Plus, he made sense. And didn't try to get in Buffy's pants. I honestly think that anything beyond season 4 doesn't make sense. Whatsoever.

I thought Angelus was the toughest opponent for Buffy, emotionally and psychally. I would've said the 3 nerds, but Warren killed Tara.
