How he got his powers: Matt was a young boy, who lived in a small town, that had a lot of history. Then during the day of his 13th birthday he had gone out for a walk. Matt had been walking on the side of the road when he was hit by a car and was dragged off a cliff into a lake. He had swam for his life until he reached secret an underwater cave. He walked to see where he was until he saw some strange writing on the wall. He read it outloud after taking out his lighter and then a strange light came up from the floor. Power flowed up from the light, then a boy up from this light and had wings on his back. This boy then became fused together with Matt. The boy who had com up was an devil who had been locked down in this makeshift shrine for 300 yrs. He has been down there for so long that he had forgotten who had sealed him. His name is Spike, the thief of hell. He had stolen the dmonic blade of hell but it burst and granted Spike his powers which he then escaped hell with. His sword now is a broadsword which he made in his early days during the midevial times.

Approximate Height: Unsure, but she's neither too tall nor too short. Something in-between, though she's 1-2 centimeters shorter than girls her age.
Approximate Weight: Not much. She's not too thin, but quite.
Eye Color & Style: Eyes which are like Daisuke's, just bright golden instead.
Hair Color & Style: Shoulder-long, smooth, chocolate-brown hair, but she prefers to have it in a neat bun.

When Phoebe was 5 years old, her parents died in a car crash. Or so the people at the orphanage said. She liked travelling around, thus, she took temporary jobs at different schools until she came to Azumano ((that is the name of their town, right?)). There, she started her own store instead and sold perfumes, and she is there still. She's one of Dark's unknown fangirls.

By the way, is it OK if I change Phoebe's eye color to blue instead of gold? xD I thought I could get some artwork and avatar edits for her but then I wanted her eyes to be blue instead of gold. xP; So is it OK if I change her eye color to gold instead?
