Riddle Number Six
A man without eyes saw plums in a tree.
He neither took plums nor left plums.
How can this be?

Note:For your answer to count, you must explain!

Hint: The answer is not anything metaphysical or otherworldly. I guess you can say it has to do with word play, but not so much as the usual word play type riddles.

It has to do with the singular things, the man didn't have eyes he had 1 eye he saw plums....I think its like 2 but he didn't take them he only took 1 plum so he didn't leave behind plums, he left behind plum

Riddle Number Four
A man wanted to enter an exclusive club but did not know the password that was required. He waited by the door and listened. A club member knocked on the door and the doorman said, "twelve." The member replied, "six " and was let in. A second member came to the door and the doorman said, "six." The member replied, "three" and was let in. The man thought he had heard enough and walked up to the door. The doorman said ,"ten" and the man replied, "five." But he was not let in.
What should have he said?

Note:For your answer to count, you must explain!

Hint: This is one of the easier riddles. No hint.

ummm I think it is this....the answer should be three because there are three letters in the word ten....In the examples the man watched the numbers work out twelve has 6 letters that is why the person said six. Six has 3 letters that is why the man said three

There was a man who needed a haircut and he was in a small town and it was miles away from any other town and he decided he had a few hours to kill and so he figured he would use the extra time to figure out which barber was better so he went to the first barber and he saw a somewhat poorly dressed man with a shabby haircut outdated chair and he had just the bare necessities and then the man walked over to the other shop and that barber had a nice haircut and newer razers and sissors and had alot of chairs and the whole place looked A-1 ---but the man decided to go back to other shop to get his hair cut.
Why did the man go to the 1st shop?

Note:The answer is an explanation!

Hint: None. This riddle is easier than the one of St. Ives!

since barbers don't cut their own hair and its a small town they must cut each others. So the man with the new razors and such had the nicest hair cut and the other man had a poor one. It makes sense to go with the one with the outdated chair since he would do a better job.

Well I now have a winner for every single riddle.
However, the first riddle is still up and running!
I personally don't think it is all that hard...
But it does require some...imagination, I guess.
So just to speed things up, everybody can stab at it like crazy!
I'm to lazy to go edit the post now for it to say so, but you can. xD
I will be shutting this contest down in a couple days though.
Even if I don't get all the possible answers!!!
So take your chances now, since I'm accepting an infinite number of guesses.
And I'm really impatient, so it might even be less than a couple days.
Who knows? I might even close this contest tomorrow!

If you were to spell out numbers, how far would you have to go until you would find the letter "A"?
Well if you spelt it this way:
IN.YOU.EM.BE.E.ARE.ES
Then it would be 11 letters down.
Or
There's no A in numbers
Or
You can't go any where with a word so you'd never find A (how far wuld you have to go as in distance)
Or
You would find it at the begaining of the alphabet because you spell out numbers then you just look at the begaining of the alphabet.
(i know my answers are so wacked out but that's the thing about riddles you have to be specific and carfull with your wording)

lol. I didn't get that IN.YOU.EM.BE.E.ARE.ES thing..
And your other answers are not correct.
It actually is a number spelled out.
Such as the a in thousand.
