Holy shat! Maybe the guy in the wheelchair is Hojo. I mean in FF7 all the clones Hojo made went to the Reunion and united with Jenova, so Kadaj and the others couldn't be any of those clones. Maybe Hojo somehow survived the fight with Cloud and the others. I mean he did have Jenova cells in him and those would sure as hell help him survive. Then he could've created new clones, and maybe that's where Kadaj came from. It would make sence for the Turks to be guarding him and Kadaj kneeling before him, because he is like his master.
