just thought I'd put an update here about my grandfather. He went into a coma a few hours ago. They can't preform surgery on him, because even if they would, he'd be completely deaf for the rest of his life. So now, it's just like one big waiting game..
heart keep praying..

I would like to add a praise to the prayer list: I got the job at Costco!! Thank you to all who prayed for me! See, the power of prayer! God is good! not that he's ever not... but we'll skip the technicallities. WAHOOO!! blaugh

I'd like to add another praise to the list! biggrin
My grandfather, who was on teh brink of death (literally, they gave him 'comfort' medicine to ease his passing away) on Tuesday. I didn't go to school, and ended up sitting in a waiting room for five-six hours. On Wednesday, it wasn't even for sure if I would go to Youth at night, because he could go at any moment. I came home from school to find out that he had come out of his coma and was talking too!
My aunt had left the room for only a minute and come back to find my grandpa with his eyes slightly open. She told him 'Good Morning' and he said 'Morning' right back to her. whee
I went up to see him today, lol, and he's quite the subborn man i've known for forever. Yesturday, he was a humming a duet with my uncle, which was even more then what we expected.
The doctors, who I mock with their so little faith xp , said it is physically impossible, and that he shouldn't be able to even do half the stuff he is- talking, humming, memory in such good shape. They say it's a miracle, I say it's a sign from God. His birthday is tomorrow, he'll be 77 years old.
To put it best: "This is God's way of showing us that it isn't his time to go, and Grandpa's way of saying he's too stubborn to."
Thank you for all teh prayers, continue in them for his health, and that not much of his brian was damaged by the Anorism. heart

I am graduating soon and school is getting monotonus. I pray that I can get through without slacking in my work.

wow! this guild has every thing!! im glad i joined 3nodding anywho, my cousin broke his ankle a few weeks ago, and its still hurting him, and my last living grandparents are getting old, and they have to move out of their big house cause its getting to big for them to handle...

I have a few requests. Some of my best friends have decided to become sexually active. They both say they are Christians, but their actions do not describe them. Please pray for them with me. I'm very happy that this guild has a thread like this and I wll pray for everyone, too. Doctors found a lump on my friend Eric's spinal cord recently. They are unsure as to what it is. He is in a lot of pain and he cannot move. He was rushed to the emergency room yesterday again and they have to give him painkillers so he can rest. Please pray for him, too. Thank you everyone!

I am in need of some serious prayer. I have a few prayer requests, so if anyone would like to pray for any or all it would be greatly appreciated. God bless you all.
1. Most of my family does not know the Lord in the way they should. They know that there is a God and the idea behind what Christ did for all of us, but, they don't accept and/or walk with Christ.
2. I am having some financial situations that will get better soon. For the time being tho, it looks very grim and it is difficult to cover everything. My fiancee' and I are trying to do the best we can but with her being unemployed for a while and desperately trying, it is rough. I am making some $ at my current job, but not nearly enough by myself.
3. We(my fiancee' and I) are planning to be married next year and we are looking forward to it but with the financial situation, we dont know.
4. Some of our family members are experiencing some health issues and would appreciate some prayers for them thanks.
