In Rockos modern life the episiode that Heffer almost dies choking on chicken what does rocko do to keep him alive, where does he go and what does he see in there that should of been blown out when he ate it?

First Rocko jumps on his stomach,
then he goes into Heffer's stomach
and finds a still glowing...
um, lightbulb or candle?
