Ok, keep in mind your my first reply in a thread all night reply to PMs first, so I don't know anything else new except for what you just posted and honestly haven't given it much look through, before quoting and already noticed some things I should mention but I guess I will save that for after I give this a proper look over. Another thing is I tend to do my personal stuff LAST. I got to open another thread now. I realized I need to link and copy and past something. Honestly I never excepted another loki.
Now onto the errors! First of all this isn't the place to be judged it's a place holder until if you become Staff or we are ready to open it up to normal members. There are other uses for this thread of course and it's main use is just what it's name implies we also have another plot thread for staff only in the Magic Council. Let's start that there is no Guild Section below the age section. I almost forgot to mention even when you get there you need a three man vote not including you if you are staff. Now on the fact that you want to play a stellar spirit. Of all my years I've never seen some one make a Solo Stellar Spirit. Your name sounds more like a H.P Lovecraft character then a dragon expecially the type of dragon. Which brings me to another point your making a Eastern Dragon based character with a European Dragon body? Also your key isn't logical all keys aren't named after what spirit they summon.
If I am not mistaken they are named after their gate name or if they aren't named other then color may be here they should be named after gate for example Loki/Leo would be Key of Major Lion or just Lion because leo junior exists. Another thing there is two dragon spirits Silver Dragon spirit Draco exists as well which probably fits your character more, but most spirits all constellations spirits are named after their Constellation and they rarely get "Nicknames" for the lack of a better term. Finally I don't see how his Personality rebirths. Do you mean he rebirths and then for some reason changes his personality? I don't see how he can do that racially and it's not explained at the moment how he can do something like that. Just vaguely how it works. Your spells are fine to me at least. Keep in mind you'd be the first member of your guild I haven't even a GM NPC in mind yet.

Flaw #1: I'd place it where it's supposed to go, except: A) The Character thread is locked, and B.) you have not clearly labeled instructions as to what to do with this.
Flaw #2: I copy and pasted the character sheet you made from related links. If you're looking to fix this issue in the future, I advise you place the Character Sheet in the actual Guild with the intended corrections, so that you can avoid further confusion.
Flaw #3: It sounds more as if you're calling this a unique character than naming it as a flaw. Keep in mind: This Stellar Spirit is a character, not a monster that every B-Grade Stellar Mage knows.
Flaw #4: That's not a flaw, considering the naming conventions used in the show, that's almost an improvement. Besides which--I don't like unoriginal names based simply off of the theme of the character. If I wanted to make a character with absolutely zero effort put into it, I'd play a D&D 3.5 Fighter Gnome, not a customized Fairy Tail Forum RP Stellar Spirit Solid Script-Style Mage.
Flaw#5: Keep in mind that there is no China in the Fairy-Tail World. There are, however, dragons. Which means, when I'm referencing to dragons, I referencing to these guys:

He comes back with all the dragons in the world.) It is closer to Canon to have a European Year of the Dragon character than it is to have an Eastern Year of the Dragon character.
Flaw#6: Okay, now hold on. This one really makes me mad. You're saying that I purposefully stole a character concept from you? You've got 24 constellations, alright, and skimming through them didn't show a result for a Dragon-type constellation, so it's entirely possible that we're using two different calendars. Moreover, don't you think it's a little rude to say something's crew-only when you put Stellar Spirits right on the race list showed on the Character Sheet? It's not like I chose from one of your OCs: I copy and pasted the character sheet I saw on your original post and then filled it out.
If you don't want people using certain races, then why didn't you put that in the rules? I mean, it's not even like he's supposed to be summoned all the time. He's sealed away with a special spell, he keeps his key on him at all times, and his ultimate goal is to be able to be free of the contract for the rest of eternity. I'm obviously not trying to make an NPC.
Flaw#7: Yup, I'll agree with you. That's totally true. A total dropped the ball moment on my part. Should be named Key of the Dragon Year, or something like that.
Flaw#8: And Exceeds would've all been named after emotions and been completely nude if not for all the other Exceeds we later met who weren't. There's no explanation given as to how the Stellar Spirits arrive at their name, so maybe Dezeroth means Dragon in an ancient language, and the name stuck.
Flaw#9: It's a self-inflicted personality reset that happens every hundred years or so, whenever the personality gains its' memories back and remembers how bored it is of being the way it is and does it all over again. It's just another quirk of the Stellar Spirit, like just about every other one is weird in some way or other. There's an in-depth explanation, but truthfully only the GM's really going to look at how he rebirths, because nobody else is going to care that every few hundred years his personality completely changes. Chances are, the roleplay's not going to go that far into the future.
Speaking of, how is this a flaw and not a simple question as to how it works? This sounds more like a request for more information than anything.
The spells are the only really important aspect of a character, you know. As long as they're balanced, and the fluff doesn't directly contradict Canon, it shouldn't matter how they build their character.
An Exceed mage who turns into a giant robot made entirely out of fairy dust? Named Nana the Nanny? Why the hell not? Fairy magic's a thing, robots are things, and Exceeds are things. There's already, like, a million and one names that make absolutely zero sense in the series, including the bloody last name Dragneel. That's like if I were to start calling myself Ed Sapien. As long as it's not overpowered, it doesn't really matter.
Anyway, I understand I'd be the only member of that guild. But hey, plenty of other guilds have been shown in the series--It's perfectly fine for him to run into other people, even other Mages. Thee
If you're going to pick on an aspect of my character, the way he looks or is named seems a bit unfair to me. I chose my character based on what I thought would be fun to roleplay. And that's what Roleplaying's about: Fun. It's not going to ruin anyone's immersion if I play a European dragon based on an Eastern calendar. It's not a huge problem if he's got a strange name.
Now, if this is supposed to be a Crew Only Race, then that IS a problem, but from what I can tell, you seem to be mad about me doing a 'Staff Job.'
You do realize that I don't know what Staff Duties are, right? And if you plan on doing something, then you should clearly state it from the get-go? I'm a roleplayer. I play minds, I don't read them.
The other two fixes I can do, but seriously, don't you think it's kind of harsh to say stuff like, 'You haven't even does X' or 'you didn't add Y' if you haven't updated the rules to include those things?
1. I never once referred to them as flaws. I was just telling you why appropriate now it will have to be turned into a thread once you gain access to the appropriate sub-forum.
2. There is one it's up to date but there is no thread for it in the sub-forum because it's an experimental thing. Anyways I started my character I used for experimenting on that stuff in this thread you can find it eventually. I suggest you start on page 1 and work your way until you find it.
3. Once again I never said they were flaws this is just fact not a complaint. I really didn't expect one to be created solo at least.
4. Celestial Dragons wouldn't be dragons in Dragon Slayer sense they'd be Celestial Spirits themed like Dragons Drago would be Western and the Year of Dragon would be Eastern because it fits the thematics. Also there are plenty of different culture influences. My custom continent is more or less Asia based there may be some Africa and other mixed in Egypt I am talking mostly about but that's beside the point.
8's The name makes sense not give control of creation of gold level spirits to random people. Keep in mind you don't have to go the celestial spirit route.
There are other Spirit worlds and you think of your own unique type of summon. Keep in mind as the creative specialist I like to have a say in these things.
9..Gm isn't right term for that...but explaining in depth will help me approve it. I mean this is an DND session. Anyway there is a in depth explanation then why can't I see it? As I've said before there exists the form in some sense.
Just finding it somewhere in this thread no idea which page but it's probably way back there! One Last note: I was thinking of routes you could but didn't go through with the ideas but may be the reverse might work may be instead of being a true spirit you absorbed one until you lost your humanity?
1. Alright, that helps things tremendously. I tend to take things very seriously when someone questions' anothers' idea.
2. My earnest recommendation is to place the prototype out there first and edit it as needed. Roleplayers have no problem with being playtesters, so long as the features are playable.
3. I usually play only one character for my sanity. Keep in mind that there are certain names I use as shorthand for specific personality bundles. Dezeroth is equivalent to genius, and he...Well. As an example, I always start him off as the weakest I can stats-wise. Because his playstyle is hard to keep up with.
4. I'm just saying--Canon-wise, it would fit better thematically to have a European dragon. The world right now has no concept of a Chinese dragon. That might change later, but for the time being, Canon says that every known dragon in the world is European.
8. Remember--Gold level spirits are only as powerful as the wizard. Lucy was constantly fighting tooth-and-nail against what were truthfully B-Class Mages, and she had at least three at any given time.
But as it is? If the Celestial Spirit concept is going to make him too powerful, then I'll work on something. Perhaps he'll come from a more hellish sort of summoning world, meant for Dark Guilds to call upon. In that manner, his more benevolent side might be the reason for his separating.
9. Well, yeah, I can see a point there. I just got tired of typing. I mean--It's a wall of text that, in any other forum I've frequented, would be about 2.5x as long as it is right there.
Anyway, I could reverse the roles, sure. I don't know if I 100% want to, though, because I feel that the constant fear of him being bound and captured by an enemy with his key could provide a decent weakness to using his most powerful spell. It would also help to justify the ability in and of itself.
