My top 10 right now:
1. Sugar we're going Down by Fall Out Boy.
"Loaded God Complex c**k it and pull it" Wins for the most confused lyric of the last few months.
2. Make Damn Sure by Taking Back Sunday.
Kind of a twisted song over all but the aggresive edge makes it a good in he car song.
3. Seize the day by Avenge Sevenfold.
Just heard this recently, pretty slick. "Seize the day, or die regretting the time you've lost".
4. Here it goes again by OK GO.
The video with the treadmills caught my attention first, pretty original and amusing. Not a bad song when you get past the video eccentricity.
5. Hate Me by Blue October.
I think it's the fresh tone and rythm. Lots of ******** up but well used imagery.
6. I don't want to be by Gavin Degraw.
Nice Hook, after a bluesy tone. Great car song again. Hurm.
7. Where'd you go by Fort Minor.
Starting to drop toward the bottom of the list but a good song none the less.
8. Slowdown by Dierks Bentley.
"but yer wheels just turn, down the road ahead, if it hurts at all, you aint showed it yet". Good song.
9. A little too late by Toby Keith.
I don't listen to this much lately but great song, and good video to go with it...
10. Some Day by Joe Nichols.
Good song rounds off the bottom three and the last of the Country songs. Funny in a Brokenheartsville, Whats a guy got to do vein.
Runner Up: Miss Murder/AFI.
