Kaya turned to the girl and her face lit up. "Yuki!" Tears almost sprang to her eyes and she smiled. "Thank you for finding her!"

Riziki smiled. "She technically found me. I just saw her walking by in her other form, and had her come over. She told me some things. About how she felt about her life, and where she was living. I realize that her being alone out here, isn't a good idea. And after telling me so much, she fell asleep; and then I heard you calling for her."
Yuki shifted again Riziki's arms. She was dreaming about something. It wasn't exactly happy, but it wasn't entirely depressing either. She smiled in her sleep and nestled more into Riziki.
"Where can I take her? She needs sleep and I can't exactly let her sleep in my arms untill she wakes. It'd become uncomfortable for the both of us," Riziki said.

Kaya smiled and nodded. "I can you you both back to the home, I know Yuki doesn't like it there, but it is the only place nearby with comfortable bedding. After tonight you can decide what to do in the morning."

"That will be just fine," Riziki said with a smile. "I'd rather not be found out here by humans anyways." She shifted Yuki again into a more comfortable position when the child started moving again in her sleep.
Yuki mumbled something sleepily and started moving again, only top stop when she felt Riziki move her slightly into a more comfortable position. She really liked this woman. She was so nice. If she had to stay at the home, then so be it, but she wanted Riziki to be there with her.
"I'm sure I didn't mention this before, but my name is Riziki," Riziki said as she looked at Kaya, inclining her head slightly. "May I ask yours?"

Kaya smiled and inclined her head as well. "My name is Kaya. It is a pleasure to meet you, Riziki." She then began to walk ahead. "Follow me."

Riziki smiled and turned to follow Kaya. She knew what Yuki wanted. She knew the child didn't want to stay at the home, but the outside world wasn't safe for someone like her. Maybe for Riziki, but only because she could escape easier. But she didn't want to take Yuki with her if she decided not to stay. She couldn't stay cooped up in one place for very long. She was a wanderer. Always had been. She looked down at the sleeping child in her arms and sighed.

Kiera's ear perked up as she heard Serinty talking next to her. Her tail wag lightly but she didn't move. Her mind was on other things, things that might be her fault. Kiera didn't want Serinty to see her like this, she never wanted anybody to see her scared and afriad, but these dreams would haunt her forever. She pulled her sweatshirt closer to her body trying to block out the wind. All night long the same thing had happened, when she closed her eyes, her parents were infront of her, there eyes closed and there weapons undefended next to them. "What if the same things happen to Serinty? What if I can't protect any of the people that I love? I can't bear with that, not again. She is the only one that trusts me, for who I am, not what I did." she whispered lightly, not noticing that she was talking. Her eyes were red from crying and her cheeks were wet with tears. Her brown hair hang limp against the backs of her ears, the hair line wet with sweat. She stayed there cruled up in a ball, not moving, trying to stay warm.

Yuki mumbled something incoherntly in her sleep.
~*~Dream State~*~
"No! No no no! This can't be happening. Why me?!," she whimpered as she ran. Her little legs carrying her as fast as they could, running from the humans chasing her.
She was the equivolant of a three year old child right now. They'd found her digging through a dumpster, searching for food for her growling stomach. She scrambled through the underbrush of a forest as se ran into it. Pushing aside the branches of the bushes that seemed to lash out at her.
She was completely defenseless as far as she knew. All she knew to do, was to run. She did't know where though. She tripped. Screaming as she rolled down a steep hill. She hit the flat bottom hard, whimpers escaping her.
"Someone help me," she cried. "It hurts. I don't want to run anymore."
"There she is!" the angry cries of the mob called, coming closer.
"Leave me alone!" te child cried as she scrambled to her little feet and started running again.
She thought she was getting away. She glanced behind her, but didn't see them. When she turned back around, she slammed right into a large doglike creature. She fell back and stared up at the beast. Saliva dripping from the snarling jaws of that fanged mouth. She opened her mouth and screamed as the jaws came towards her.
~*~End Dream State~*~
Yuki woke with a start, clawing at whatever was holding her, trying to get away. Tears streaming down her face as she struggled even harder when the arms tightned around her.
"Yuki come on. Calm down! Yuki listen to me!" Riziki said as she tried to settle the child down. But she just wouldn't stop trying to get away. All she could do was hold the child close untill she decided to calm down herself. No one was going to force her. Something had obviouly bothered the child in her sleep, and she needed to deal with it if she wasn't going to let Riziki help her.

Serenity looked to Kiera, hearing every word. She hugged Kiera close to her and said, "Kiera, you shouldn't focus on such negative thoughts all the time. If you miss your parents, you should live your life to honor them. What would they say to you if they saw you right now, sitting here curled up, crying because you miss them? I think they would want you to live your life happily until that moment that I teach you the Resurrection Dance. Remember? I promised to teach you the one dance that would be able to resurrect your parents and make so that they were never gone."She said to Kiera in a soothing tone, rocking her a bit.
Ookamisuke, meanwhile, had walked back to the home, dead tired. He went down to his room and layed in his bed, falling asleep almost as soon as his head hit the pillow. His dreams reflected those of the events that he had experienced that day.

Kiera looked up at her smilling, as she wiped the tears away. "It's just hard you know? I mean I watched them..." she started but looked away, not being able to get the words out. She ran a hand through her sweaty hair as she took a deep breath. She was still tired from the restless night, but she felt better being with Serinty. "Thank you," she whispered.

Kaya looekd back to see Yuki wriggling and moving in Riziki's arms. She too knew that something must have bothered the child in her sleep.
Once they reached the Home, Kaya took Riziki back to her room. "You two can stay the night here if you wish. If you do not wish to stay here, tell me and I'll go find Ookamisuke. He'll find you another room."

Yuki continued to struggle, desperately trying to get away from Riziki. She felt the arms tighten around her again as she tried to escape. No matter, she couldn't force her eyes open anymore. She was trapped in her nightmare. Her mouth opened in a scream that echoed around the room.
Riziki flattened her ears against her head and tried desperately to awaken the tormented child. The tigress sat down on the bed and cradled Yuki against, simply trying to soothe the child and wake. Whatever was going on with her wasn't good, and she had no way of calming her short of forcing her, which she would never do. All she could do was sit there with her, holding her.

Kaya sat on the bed beside Riziki and stroked Yuki's hair. There wasn't anything more she or Riziki could do to calm the child. It was obvious to Kaya that Yuki was having a nightmare, but about what she had no clue.
"Poor Yuki-Chan..." Kaya sighed and watched the child with a sort of smile on her face. "Yuki was really the only one I ever cared for besides myself when I came here. She's such a sweet child, and I cannot see how she could have been so mistreated as a child. When she ran away from the home, I was scared to death, afraid I'd never find her again. Once I did catch up, the owner of this placed decided to act like a child and cross the busy street, hoping to get hit by a car. I had to save him of course, but when I looked back to Yuki, she had run off again, and that is where I ran into you." Kaya sighed. "I just hope you can keep a better eye on her than I ever had..."

Riziki looked at her and smiled. "Perhaps. But you'll have to help me. She told me something about someone who lives here. Another girl. She said that even though they were always arguing and fighting with each other, she still loved the girl like an older sister. She'd hate to lose that.
"She told me this before she fell asleep. There's also something else she told me. She told me that even though she lived with others here, she still felt alone. That no one could possibly understand how she felt. And from what she told me, she's been alone since the moment of her birth. She doesn't know if she was abandoned, or if her parents died when she was born. She's never had a real family. She's never felt like she's really belonged anywhere. Yuki feels like a complete outcast in society.
"But we can change that. We just have to be there for her. To help her when she needs help. Be the family she's never had. She has to understand, that she can have a family. But we also have to make sure, that no one forces her emotions to change. Because I will not tolerate that."
Yuki still continued to try and get away. But her efforts were slowly fading away. Her dream had momentarily paused in that last moment of the jaws coming towards her. Soon, her efforts simply died away, and she settled down. She remember this dream. It was something that had actually happened to her. But try as she might, she couldn't remember all of it.
