"Nightfur's going to get Spiritcall dont worry Larkwing!" she called. She looked at Heatherkit looking wide eyed at Larkwing. She wrapped her tail around her and whispered "Your gonna have some new friends to play with"
Scorchear not knowing what to do ran to Amberstar's den. "Amberstar!" he called.

Rainpaw raced to Larkwing's side. "Uh" he only had done this once. "Okay, Nightfur! I need you one more time! Go soak some moss in the river so she can drink it! Just relax, it'll all be over soon, just push" he mewed comfertidly. (I have to go! My mom's being a jerk!)

Nightfur rushes off and brings back moss soaked in water
Larkwing does as she's ordered.
(I'm leaving in the middle of a kitting but I gtg for a bit myself)

Spiritcall bounded bakc in.
"Rainpaw get some borage!" she mewed and placed her paw on the queen's stomach. "Push Larkwing! PUSH!"
Heathekit heard the yowls of the cats but where were they? Where was she?
Amberstar bounded into the nursery.
"Everyone other then the medicine cats and queens get out now!" she order.

"Right!" he yelled determinedly. He ran into his den and looked for borage leaves. "there you are!" he yelled triumphently as he grabbed them in his mouth. He dashed back to the nursery and set down the leaves in front of Spiritcall. "Borage check!" he yelled.
Owlscreech watched Larkwing intently.
((ps is Heatherkit blind or did she just not open her eyes yet?))

Spiritcall nodded and waited for the queen to push.
"Rainpaw when the kits come start licking them!" Spiritcall mewed.
Amberstar herded the last of the cats out of the nursery and stood in the entrance.

"Right!" he mewed going over to Larkwing's behind. "One's coming!" he exclaimed excitedly as a little sack plopped out. He bit open the sack and started licking the kit.

One more little bundle came out and Rainpaw repeated what he did to the first kit.

"Larkwing you're done," she mewed and passed the queen the borage. "Eat this. it helps with milk."
Heatherkit was glad when the yowling died down. What had happened??

Owlscreech sighed in relief. She then looked down to Heatherkit. "Are you alright sweety?" she asked.
