"What large dogs!" said Haramie in surprise. She'd never seen dogs this size, even with some of the bigger mammalian shapeshifters.

"We have a strange connection to each other, so maybe it is a like for them," he stated as he looked over at Julia. "Though it could just be in my head and they are just afraid of me or don't care at all. Its hard to tell what animals think, really."

[I wonder who I'll kill today, this game I do enjoy...] Concerned with what Kahn had just said, Versus stands up and walks up to him "I hope you don't mind me stepping in.. I wont interfere.." He expands his wings and hovers over Kahn ".. Just a bit of insurance" [... I think I'll kill the fatherly one, and then I'll kill his boy]

 "What a magnificent form!" Oni started to Shift and turned into a Hell hound and used his powerful jaws to rip off the head of one of the smaller Hellions that charged at him. Oni jumped at another and created a huge gash before having to retreat back to Cozen's side when another Hellion tried to nail him with a sword. "What should we do mister?" Oni spoke into the other man's mind, which his animal forms tended to do when talking to a more humanoid being. The Hellion's trembled the utter pain they felt from just watching Cozen attack, and the blood that still flowed from the now headless Hellion.

Rai watched Versus hover above Kahn's head. are you going to do something this time? or will you wait for it to finish? she said, although she thought she probably knew what the answer would be. she stretched her wings and turned her attention to the prince.

Kahn laughed at Versus' 'reassurance' statement and replied quite bluntly, "I don't need your protection, Versus. Like most of my family, I am not all that meets the eye. And trust me, I am quite capable of handling myself." It was true, he may not be as wise as his father wanted him to be, but he was definitely well-experienced in the real world outside of his home realm. He was definitely a boy who went to the school of hard knocks.

He sits back down in his seat, watching Kahn lure the dogs towards him "I wonder where he's going with this.." [... I think I'll kill the fatherly one, and then I'll kill his boy]

Haramie's eye was caught especially by one of the dogs, a huge, muscular creature with bright fangs longer than her nails. Pulling something meaty off the table, she hissed quietly, gently waving the bait. The dog turned towards her, tongue lolling out, panting. It whined quietly and nuzzled its owner, then walked towards her. It stopped right in front, dropping onto its haunches and looking at her expectantly. She laughed, throwing the treat at it. It leaped up and snapped it up, looking ridiculously adorable and threatening at the same time. Petting it, she smiled.

Mistress Delilah sat there and watch,it was a racket hearing the dogs bark and howl when she is trying to enjoy this party,shaking her head in annoyance.The hell hounds whimpered and whine when a low ringing sound was caused by Mistress Delilah.

Julia had her arms crossed still watching Kahn, "I'm sorry to say I do not think the hell hound understands you.Yet, I can see what you are getting at." She showed interest,but it was slowly dissolving. She looked around, "I feel normally bonds have to made before we can connect to animals, but this is only my theory." She smiled at the prince, "I'm not an expert."
