Well, you guys call it dinner I think. A friend of mine in America thought I drank alot of tea: whereas English people call dinner tea, well, northern English people do anyway xd

wow would they call regular tea a cuppatea? or like a cup of tea? I visited there and they always called it Tea. They never said anything about what they called dinner.

and in the United States everyone calls the drink tea, tea and they call it lunch, or dinner, or supper or depending the time of day.

Yeah, a cup of tea is either that, a cup of tea or a cuppa. In Welsh cuppa is Panad. I don't drink much of that xd
