Of course! Did you have to equip a thief ring to get many of them? I've dispatched a lot of those enemies and I rarely get one of those teas.

lol If only I could drink the teas in the game inventories...
You know, if we had a "duplicator" in real life, we could keep drinking tea forever as long as we had one or two bags of the stuff, he-he.
