Rinka was prepared this time and reared back, away from the assault of feathers. She then pounced again, arching up first to avoid the ongoing wing attack and hopefully sneak past the hybrid's defenses for another attack.

(Ouch...)

Jadzia was concentrating so hard on her attack that she failed to notice it wasn't hitting. Only the shadow against the sky above her have her the briefest hint of a warning against the upcoming attack. But then it was far too late to dodge at all, and the weight of her opponent slammed her into the ground hard. She felt like her lungs were about to collapse from the pressure, but nevertheless tried her best to execute a counter-attack; she tried to roll with the blow in a sort of backward somersault, flipping her lower half up just as her top half was propelled down. She hoped to drive her weight into her opponent in the exact same way.

Though her back screamed from the effort, Jadzia managed to flip herself over and slam her opponent's back into the ground. She hoped that at least caused enough damage to make the hebisune pause for a moment, since she was momentarily too exhausted to try a follow-up attack.

((Annnnd the moment of truth....))

Her opponent was obviously under the same strain as she was. If her opponent had been the one to attack again she'd be finished, but that wasn't the case. Surging forward, not enough to reverse their positions, she sank her teeth deep into her opponent's shoulder.

Batalla: That's enough! We got ourselves a champion here. She's mean, she's red, and she's insane! Rinka, you're the champion! *laughs*

Kushin: As champion you are rewarded.... Well.. That's... a rather strange award. Something about a color custom. Color custom?!

Batalla: Don't question him, Kushin. He's Syn! It must be sweet....

Kushin: Whatever... Second place winner also gets... This pup I found on the ground five seconds ago. *tosses at Jadiza's face*



Battalla: ...Why the heck are we giving away kimera as prizes?! What does a klmera want with another kimera?! Were Syn's team after all...

Kushin: *mocks Batalla* Don't question him! Tch!

Batalla: *rolls his eyes* Now... For a prize that makes sense... A badly drawn trophy with Rinka's name on it.




Kushin: ....This is the worst trophy ever...

Batalla: Pfffffh. How about this then~ The lovely winner gets a date with me~

Kushin: *hisses* .....

Batalla: Whaaaaat? Just kidding... *laughs and flies off*

Kushin: *grits her teeth* Contest now over. Scram! All of you! *chases after Batalla on foot*
