"Hold on Dona..." Arin said before slowly standing. He walked to be next to Kaiya and put his hand next to her ear. He spoke so quietly he wasnt sure if Kaiya could even hear him. If he didnt speak so quietly he was sure Dona would hear him. He really didnt want her to. "Im worried about Mir going after her agian now that he knows im not going to let him kill her. Thats my main worry. The other is I know if we stay with her Mir will come back anyways. This is bad no matter how I look at it." Arin said quickly to Kaiya. He took a step back from Kaiya before looking at Dona.

Dona played with the dirt lightly with her feet as she waited. she couldn't hear what Arin was saying and she really didn't pay attention to it either as she began to put things away in to her little kit. She locked it so it wouldn't fall open when she lifted it up.

Feeling the confinement of his body envelope him, Mir made up his mind that he would have to feed again soon. The fight had taken so much out of him. And he would have to take his frustrations out on some of his prey.
With that thought in his mind, he drifted off to what could only be called sleep.

"We could always see if we could try to house her with my parents for some time. She'd be safe there, but if we did it would take us about a day or so to get there," Kaiya looked slightly worried. She wasn't sure if she'd been quiet enough so that Dona couldn't hear, but she'd at least tried to be quiet enough.

Dona still wasn't paying much attention to the conversation between Arin and Kaiya.

Arin thought carefully about what Kaiya said for some time before he could respond. It was a really good idea, but he wasnt sure how Dona would take to it. She wouldnt be able to go home, nor would she have any real contact with anyone besides vampires. Thats what worried Arin the most about the idea. He trusted all the vampires with his life that were apart of Kaiya's family, but he wasnt sure how Dona would take it. "Lets see what she thinks..." Arin said before looking over to Dona. "Hey, I think it would be best for you to stay with Kaiya's parents. I'll be honest and say that they are vampires, but they are the best place for us to be right now." Arin was careful not to tip off the fact that he knew Mir would come back and that it would be the safest place for them to be.

Arin looked over at Kaiya and sighed. "You explain." He said simply as he shook his head. His tail had stopped its swaying all together. He really didnt want to tell Dona why becuase he didnt want her to worry about it to much. He was hoping Kaiya could come up with a better way to say it than his straite to the truth way. He knew if he told her it would probly be worse than if Kaiya did.

"Well you see we just don't know if it's very safe for you to be here while that one vampire is still around. He wants to mess with Arin and he thinks the way of doing it is getting to you. We don't want you to get hurt so I thought it would be safest if you stayed with my parents. If you want you even take your family with, my parents wouldn't mind," Kaiya looked at Dona hoping she would understand. She didn't to scare or hurt the girl's feelings.

"I don't have a familly at all." she spoke softly. " I'm a orphan i live in a group home i guess you could call it that. " Dona nodded "i understand. " She spoke not sure how it would be living with other vampiers.

Arin listened to what Dona said and froze for a moment. Silently he went over to her and knelt down. "Dona, I cant say I ever lived in a group home, but I did live alone for a long time. The only family I had was out to kill me. I understand how you feel in some ways." Arin said softly as he stroked her head lightly. He wasnt sure if Dona would like it, but he did so he figured it was worth a try. Arin was alot like a cat besides just the ears and tail. He even liked his hair being scratched, so he was taking a guess that Dona would be the same way. If not he would learn soon enough. He wasnt around a whole lot of nekos anymore since he stayed around Kaiya. "Trust me though, these poeple can be trusted. I know them personally."

Dona smiled when he stroked he head. "um... Okay but you will check up on me right? because i don't want to be left there and never see either of you again." She spoke " and if you ever get hurt i can take care of any wounds you get too. I can be useful i guess." She spoke lightly.

Arin gave a small smile as he nodded. "We wouldnt leave you there alone. Plus I couldnt think you were completly safe without checking up on you." Arin said before looking back at Kaiya. His ears flicked lightly as he stopped stroking Dona's head. Since Dona couldnt see his, he let his expression go serious. Arin planned to stop Mir from getting to Dona, even if that meant Arin would have to go after Mir. Arin didnt have to tell Kaiya for him to be sure she knew what it meant. So long they had avoided getting into any major fights, but Mir had finally put an end to that.

Kaiya looked at Arin for a moment and seemed to understand before looking at Dona," We should leave as soon as possible is there anything you need to do before we go?"
