It is a shame.
@Camry: Or we could have been dead from the beginning! Who knows...
And my next break is sometime soon. End of the month, I think. Or right now. I have a couple days of due to testing.
@Beautiful: That comic was great. Kind of a shame the Bill Waterson stopped making it, but it's his choice. It was just so good.
It's eerie being the last few people in a ghost guild...

Yeah, I wished he'd have kept it up, but wishes aren't reality.
This guild was huge for people who had been banned. Most have probably found other guilds, now. Even Ffaux hasn't been around, which is even worse.
I guess I could just leave the guild, as I do belong to others, but I liked it ... still do.
I guess we can ask each other questions since no one is coming in to ask questions or apply to be the next person to be asked questions...

I remember reading a bunch of stuff on why bill stopped writing that comic; I think he is sort of a recluse now too ninja ..well not really

@Camry: I remember hearing that as well! Maybe he just felt that he needed to be alone; I kind of feel that way a lot.
I wasn't in SD that long, but MK was rather a control freak...
@Beautiful: It was huge for them, I remember! I rather like this Guild, too. I just come every couple days, now, since it's not really that active.

they were all pretty steamed I remember ah man that was crazy; it was the worst time of SD it was a great guild till like Novemeber stuff started changing and what not but man I could probably write a book on the whole thing....wait did I say that already feels like deja vu

yeah he stays away from interviews and all that which makes him cooler (sounds like something I'd do) I think he came out with a book not too long ago with all that stuff in there

I'm just a little angry because I joined SD near it's end, so when people talk about when it was really good and everything, I feel left out. I mean, it was sort of good while I was there, but a lot of stuff was going on, so yeah...

Actually, it's probably the truth. I barely remember it, well, except the problems that were going on and the posts Pat made. That was exciting, though.
I think I came into SD two weeks after I joined Gaia. I'd say about the middle of October sometime. I remember it surprised me to death because, at the time, I didn't even know what a guild was ... on Gaia, at least.

I seriously can't remember who invited me and I've deleted the message since then. I think it was someone who's user name started with 'sa' or something with an 's'.
It might? I wonder if it will and if the old members would join.

Hmmm I can't think of who was a mod then. I remember at one point it
was just me. (because some other mods were banned or demoted)
Then love came and then in like Novemeber came the others. Ah well I could probably look in the new member sticky and see.
I'm not sure it will...MK made a announcement in SD about it then he deleted it and closed the guild again. I never asked him about it.....haven't talked to him since like January when we were playing some game.
Anyway yeah I suppose there is a chance of it coming back; some members quit the guild but some are still in it.

I'm not even sure I read down at the bottom of the pm. All I really saw was, 'Don't ask why you were invited,' and then I went to check it out. I honestly thought it was some sort of secret Ninja guild or something when I read that part.
Does he close the guild a lot? That seems sort of ... uh, I can't think of the word, but it just seems that it would be a lot of bother to keep opening and closing the guild and it seems like the members would get tired of it, too. Especially if they don't get a warning. Maybe that's just me, though. I didn't get a warning or anything. I just went to it one day, after not being online the day before and it said I wasn't allowed to view this guild. I was confused and thought I was banned. But then someone contacted me and said I wasn't banned, but that the guild was closed. Then, came the invite here.
If it opened again, I might join, but I really think the rules need to be a bit more relaxed. I'm not saying forget all the rules, but just not so ... strict. Like posting size and all that. True, there should be a limit, but we should be able to use it sometimes. That guild could be our only hangout. At the time, it was for me.. I tried the CB and I will never go there again.

 okran No this is the first time hes closed it. Then later he opened it but didn't tell anyone cause I guess he was planning on something. Later he closed it again before anyone could see...except antaine. Yeah I've been thinking on changing the rules in our guild just a little bit myself. Its a mess out there sometimes...well most of the time. I go out into gaia's main sometimes in my mule just to be an anti troll. (It actually works every now and again)

That would be nice. A little change can't hurt.
Gaia is a mess, really. I'm in a pm role play with a few people because it just didn't work when we tried it in the main forum. People kept coming in making 'bump' posts and spamming and such. I think it got deleted or something because I can never get to it, through looking up my old posts.
I don't go to the main forum, just Site Feedback. It's usually pretty okay there, but really not much fun.
