Elias made his wy back out of the kitchen, he could help but see Cymarron there, his nose buried in a book trying to desperately to find its hidden answers. He smiled as he walked over to them, his hands in the pockets if his black slacks, his tie swinging to the rythm of his movements. His large broad fedora as always leaned forward and the side. He stopped next to Cymarron, and was about to say something when he noticed, something else entirely out of the corner of his eye, he had seen her only a few times in his stay here in the manor but knew who she was immediately. "Lady Pheuare it is truly and honor to have you back in this hallls." he said with a deep bow, he had no diea if could recognize him as he stared at her a lopsided grin on his face, and looked at her through his one complete white eye and the other the yellow of a serpent.

Tyler made a face. "Sissy stuff." he said referring to the flowers. He decided that this woman was okay since she had a friend here, even though he was...dead. He wandered back to where Mr. Nelly and Mr. Cynammon were and saw Mr. Cynammon immersed in a book. Sitting down beside him he said "What'cha readin' Mr. Cynammon?"


Niah watched Bastet head out her window and sighed. Never could do things the way normal people did. "Do we not use doors?" She watched her disappear into the trees and decided she might as well follow the same path. After all if she went through the door she might not be able to find her again. Sighing deeply she made her way after Bastet.

Bastet walked for a little while, until they were far away from the Manor. Would not hurt her, but did not want interference. Her ears twitched and she moved them around at the sigh and turned to face Nailah as they stood in a clearing. "Did you use a door last time you left? You did sneak off after all. What is wrong Nailah? You wanted this conversation to be taken elsewhere."

Tyler nodded and said "Cara's smart. She can read and knows two." Then he smiled. "I know the alphabet. Mommy taught me and she taught me a song for it too. A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-Elmno....elmno....I always mess it up..." he stomped his foot on the ground and sighed. Then he looked at the other man. Mr. Lyus. He remembered this one mentioned when people were talking about Mommy. ANd he had seen him around that girl earlier.


Niah moved into the clearing and said "I simply know you wanted to speak about me leaving. And yes I did use the door. I left you a note...apparentely that wasn't enough..."

Elias could help but laugh as the young Ecara gave his leg a hug. "It is funny how aimable that young one can be when she does not Esmeralda around to bug her." he laughed as he turned his face towards the Sir Cymarron. "Sir Cymarron, you whould give yourself a rest, you won't be much help to anyone if you're exhausted from so much studying. The answers will come in time, and the Lady Naliah will be just as impressed, you don't need to worry about that, I mean you do spend a very long time with her." Elias smiled, what was it with him? Here he was standing in front of competition and he was being nice, then again Sir Cymarron was a noble man, and if he lost Naliah, to her, god forbid, then at least it was to him.

She looked at Tyler and giggled. "It's L-M-N-O." She pronounced it very clearly so that he could hear them all. Yes, that part of the song was confusing...people shouldn't of said it so fast in the first place.


Aura took a drink from her glass which was stopped at Saradin's questioning of the beverage. Oh right, he didn't remember that part. "I'm an avid wine drinker. That is when coffee doesn't have a hold on me." She strolled over to the table, looking over Saradin's shoulder, just as immersed in the book as he was. "Very old, and it's the book containing the two spells I used to bond Eclipse and bring about Ecara. She's been acting odd, I thought maybe it would help me out. But like all other parenting books," she paused and took a drink, "no help."

Tyler tilted his head and said slowly "L-M-N-O....yeah that sounds right...but what's next?" He thought for a minute and sighed. "I don't like this song." He looked at Mr. Lyus and walked over. "I haven't met you yet. I'm Tyler and I know you're Mr. Lyus. I've heard of you. You like my mommy." he sized the man up through his five year old eyes. Wasn't really sure how he felt about him though.
