As crazy useless this is, Jared and I will be in Texas on the 28th o' June, most likely cleaning up the apartment and starting to sort through s**t that we need to throw away before the move.
By the way, whaddya want for your birthday Arch to the mage ? And if it's a video juego, that's fine.

Well, if everyone who will at least be in the area is busy on the day itself, I'm kinda hoping for suggestions from you all as to what would be a better day. Unless you're all just avoiding me.
Also, as Desi said... ummm, soooo, the Superman movie opens on my birthday? I fail to see how this is a conflict. I'm fairly certain everybody in this room would pay with organs to see that movie if we had to. Perhaps we can go together.
And Eri, as to your question, I cannot in good conscience, ask for a video game from anyone, as they are expensive.
...
But the New Super Mario Bros. on the DS makes my angst-filled soul young and happy again. xp

I'm available on the 28th. biggrin
Not that anyone wants to hang out with me, or have anything fun to do at my home or money to do something fun elsewhere.
crying
Unless of course you like Quatro blocks and stuffed animals and picture books.

Well once we get a date and time worked out, you're more than welcome to be there. I don't want to cast aspersions on the stuff in your home, but I am reasonably assured that Cool Crest is a good deal more entertaining than Quatro Blocks. It'll be great. ... Also, I wish for everyone to know that my first official birthday gift of the year has been given to me by the lovely and talented Victoria. Check it out, it's this frickin' sweet new shirt. It's got a star on it and everything. *level up noise*

I could either go see Superman on the 28th (provided it's before the 7pm showing, as I have to leave the area for work at 10) This shouldn't be an issue since I'm almost wholly certain there will be a showing every 30 minutes for this particular gem, OR we could go to Cool crest in the afternoon, 'cause the sitch is basically this: as I work nights, I tend to sleep until about 12 or 1 on Wednesday 'cause it's the end of my "weekend", sooooo anyway I don't mean to try to influence plans a whole lot, I'm just sayin' that's my deal right now.

Hmm... it is a quandry. If I'm correct then, can I assume that your weekend is Tuesday and Wednesday? Cause if it's not enough time for everyone, perhaps we could go to Cool Crest sometime on Tuesday, and then maybe we could all get together once more to see the movie on Wednesday. Unless that would be me hogging everyone's valuable time too much, of course. Thoughts?

Is it just me or is Gaia getting more bright and whitish/blue every time they update it? I mean, I was at the Gaia panel at ACen this year and they told us a layout update was coming......but dear God! Can't they use a blue from the lower end of the spectrum? Everything is all white and glowy or bright and hazy. And they shrank everything. The text seems smaller, the avatars seem smaller....our world is collapsing in on itself. crying
