Elias smiled, "Afraid that this happens to be the best vantage point to watch her" Elias said with a wide smile
Esmeralda almost as if responding to the mention of her, jumped out from the water adorned in a bright red bathing suit, she leapt up from underneath the surfcace of the river bring with her a large amount of water, which made its way towards the Lady Shin. "Boo!" she giggled with childish delight.

Shin jerked, looking behind her, right hand suddenly clenched in a fist, before she sighed, leaning against a rather large rock that was on the waters edge. "Boo youself kid!..my word you almost scared the fur off me....are you normally as quiet as a water moccasin, or are you trying to give me a heart attack?"
she laughed, shaking her head.
"on second thought, don' answer that. i don't want to know. "

Esmerald answered the question anyway. "Yup, she thought how to not make noise in the water." she giggled as she scopped her hand into the water and pulled a small Water mocasion snake. "Ain't she pretty?" she giggled as she waddled out of the water and shoved the snake nearly into Lady Shin's face.
Elias sat back in the tree, he was laughing so hard he was scared he might fall straight out of the tree again.

shin sighed, and shook her head slightly, glancing up at the sky.

shee wasn't really afraid of the serpent, considering, but she still held her reserves.

she picked herself up off the ground having been there for quite a while. she stretched her body finding that her cigarette had burned out in the time she had been thinking. she dropped it to the ground and stepped on it to make sure it was out. she headed back into the mannor her ears twitching as they listened for a certain voice. she smirks to find they were still in the kitchen. being rather hungery herself she made her way back to the kitchen.

"Wings. we always wanted wings. good thing we were unable to eat you, yes?"
He snickered lightly, taking a drink of his eggnog, and clicking his claws on teh table, forming some runes to get a large image of Nailah dancing in a gypsy outfit shaking a tamborine.

"It would be great if you didn't eat me period!" Vik said, laughing. "These wings are strange things. They have a mind of their own. They appear anytime they want and go where they please. I could tell them where to go, but I had to ask nicely. What use are wings that you can't even control."
He turned to the Kitchen door just in time to see Karu walk in. "Hello, Karu. How was your walk? Pleasant, I hope."

as she walked into the kitchen she spotted the display on the table that Cy had made. she smirks and goes to the fridge opening it, helping herself to whatever she fancied inside. "You know... we call that obssessing, where I come from." she seemed less burdened by the earlier topic.

her ears twitch at Vik's question "I didn't walk... but it did help clear my head." she had found the makings of a nice sandwitch, and went about creating it "I suppose I have been keeping too much to myself for too long."

Esmeralda looked to her father for the answer she had no idea why this strange would ask such a question.
"Lady Shin, snaked don't have names, at leas in the scence that yoo're they identify each other by scent, so you're going to have to sniff her if you want to to know her name." Elias said as he jumped out of the tree, "As much as I would love to see that I have to get this girl c\eaned up." he said with a sly smile taking her daughter hands an dissapearing into the forest towards the manor.

Slowly he stirred. From the place in his bed, he rose slowly to a half sit, propped up on one arm while the other rubbed at his eyes. "How long have I been out?" His voice was groggy and he cleared his throat, sounding at last as someone well rested even if still only starting to rise. Others were in here now, gathered around him so intently. It felt like days had passed, and he'd slept through it all."Aurahkah. Have you been in here the whole time?"

Aura looked away from the window, where she was still sitting by, over to Saradin with a smile. "You've only been out a day or two...and yes, I have been here all this time. Feeling any better?"
At the foot of the bed, Eclipse gave a yawn and a quiet bark. "Just couldn't get her out. I even tried tempting her with oranges, but she would have none of it. He gave another yawn then nuzzled Ecara's ears slightly. The girl was curled up against him, dozing.

her tail twitched and she looked over to see a miniature form of herself dancing on the table. her face and the inside of her ears turn a blush pink with embarrassment. "CY! Knock it off!" she growls and starts putting things back in the fridge before she would eat the sandwitch.

"I see." Shaking his head intently to dislodge the haze that floated over him he looked around and saw Eclipse laying at the foot of the bed, complete with Ecara. "So you decided to join her here? Did I miss anything important." Almost biting his tongue at avoiding Aurah's question, he went back a bit, his face slightly sullen. "I feel rested. No longer tired... but its horrible. I honestly dont know why I didnt wake up screaming again."

He laughed and ran his hand over the image and it dissipated. he'd noticed her blush, and got a wickedly cunning grin on his face. from out of the ground, a white translucent serpent came out of the ground, to which he whispered words in his native tongue. the serpent slightered out, swirled around Karu, and changed her outfit to the one her minature self was wearing. it was an illusion, but it certianly woudl look and feel real enough.
