Layra-chan Just watched "Farewell My Concubine" with the family. Man, the Chinese are ******** weird. It's like every single damn one of them is absolutely nuts. The Japanese really have nothing on them in terms of crazy. Perverted, maybe, but in terms of sheer crazy the Chinese have them beat. and I was asked to watch a chinese porno with vampire sex. I swear, that will never leave my mind... gonk

There are times when you're talking with someone, and a casual conversation becomes a very serious one, and you learn that your friend is really a very, very scary person.
He has memories extending back to when he was 8 days old, which is the same time when he started thinking. He can erase or modify his memories. He can read people very, very well.
He holds himself to a very strict moral code, and others to a slightly less strict but still very tough version of that code. His mental and moral upset translates into physical pain. He lives on the edge of psychotic, righteous rage, held only by terribly tight control of his mind and emotions.
He scares me, because even though I am very much not like him, I understand him, and his mind is a very dangerous place.

I think I'm going to write a very cheesy romantic comedy about a young kandy girl and an angry, jaded junglist who fall in love while trying to convert one another. But even after getting over their instinctive hatred for the other's scene, they'll be haunted by the junglist's ex who only listens to nu-skool breaks and by the lust-filled DJ Egotism.
Furthermore, all of the dialogue will be taken from song lyrics. Not really. Although if you can think of appropriate lyrics, I'll take them.
It will be a heart warming story about how it doesn't really matter what you listen to (as long as it's not jibtek or epic trance), and that it's what's in your heart (and bloodstream) that really counts.
Actually, I just want an excuse to write a romantic comedy. All of my other stories are so serious and bleak for some reason.

it smells like raisins
the metal gears turn
a portable pioneer

i steal a kiss from its end
the flame responds back
and with that first breath
every hair on my body
jumps out into space
my brain is drooling
a moment of pure living
i wanted to cry
i guess that theres more
but all you need to know is
i love cigarrettes
