SCHIZOPHRENIC TENDENCIES I'm thinking of get FL Studio 7 XXL. I'm tired of making crappy music simply because I can't save my work half way through! evil It'd be nice to. Cause then I could have some nice VST's and generators. I hear you...and only if this laptop of mine would stop lagging like s**t. :<

It doesn't lag, but (it may be the program I use) it keeps running out of virtual memory.

Magix Music Maker 10 deluxe, gotten because it was 30 dollars and my dad had 100 dollars in store credit that he wanted to waste, but didn't want to buy expensive things. It's pretty good, in that it takes VSTs and the interface is easy to use, but my computer keeps running out of virtual memory and the program keeps crashing due to pointer errors. Also, you can't change the time signature for some reason.

Yeah I think it's the VSTs, because it tends to happen with only a couple of them
