Chibi_Maru-chan Alex took a few minutes to process all this though she could feel that Sage was worried about her reaction. She placed a reasuring hand on his arm, as she tried to figure out how best to put her thoughts into words. "Thinking through everything, I would very much like to become a werewolf like you. It would help me to protect myself, and to help ease some of your worries. Though I would like to know more about how this 'turning' will go about." He lead them to the couch to sit down as he grew tired of standing as he explained all this. "The ritual is a more formal way that the clan recognizes a new member. Mom thinks this way is better then if I where to simply bite you."

Orim_Daeth "Well I think mom was leaning more towards the formal turning, which is a ritual like event purformed infront of the clan. Don't worry its mostly me that has to do most of the hard stuff, but you will be taking my blood. The change does not occur till the next full moon, it is usually how long it takes for Lycanthrope to fully meld with your system. The first 24hrs or so you will feel sick, dizzy and such, but not too bad." He lead them to the couch to sit down as he grew tired of standing as he explained all this. "If the bite is so simple why would your mom rather go with the formalities?" She paused as she studied him, "Wait a sec your blushing!"Sage started causing his blush to deepen, when his eyes met hers he smiled. "You are far too amused by my blushing." He leaned in his cheek touching hers as he continued, his voice soft. "The bite I give to you will be a mate's mark, our way of making our bond official, much like humans getting married."

"The bite I give to you will be a mate's mark, our way of making our bond official, much like humans getting married."She leaned into him as she spoke, "Something that shouldn't be rushed or used as a way to get the clan to accept me." She could feel his response through the bond as he pulled her fully into his arms. Emersing herself in his embrace she felt she could forget all else and stay right there, but she knew better, reluctantly she spoke up. "When will this ritual take place? and when will we go down to the station?"

She could feel his response through the bond as he pulled her fully into his arms. Emersing herself in his embrace she felt she could forget all else and stay right there, but she knew better, reluctantly she spoke up. His voice carried in it his smile as he rested his cheek on the top of her head, he could feel her relax into his arms her grief seeming to flow out once more. Sage craddled her against him as she weeped, no words where needed, she just needed to release it and all he could really do for her was hold her.

They stayed this way till Sage's mother came through the door. She had a soft smile on her face as she could already smell the faint traces of tears and grief. Setting her stuff down she sat near her son and Alex, "Tell me what happened", before Sage could reply Alex piped up though she was hesitant the leave the comfert of his arms as she spoke. "My parents where...killed last night..and my brother was kidnapped." Karin reached out and caressed the back of Alex's head as she looked at Sage. Through her eyes she asked Sage if he had already talked to her about the ritual, confirming it Karin sighed softly. "We will take care of you child, you don't need to worry.""Circle Daybreak is taking care of the police and investigation part of it, I'm not sure how much farther they have gotten, but Alex needs to go to the police station." Karin nodded to Sage as Alex fully sat up, she still felt muddled from everything, but she gave Karin a small smile. "Thats the spirit, now you two get ready we'll head downtown and take care of this and then we'll get dinner."

In front of the mirror, Deidra turned around and smiled. "Come in." She turned back to the mirror and straightened out a few wrinkles in her short kimono skirt. She had pretty much raided her mother wardrobe and found it when everything else was put away and loved it. She studied the dark blue pattern with silver leaves in the trim and smiled to herself. Hopefully, Tasuki would like it and it wouldn't be too dressy for just a day out...
