A lotto is quite simple:
arrow Something is selected as a prize.
arrow There are tickets given out (how many given out and how much each ticket costs is up to the person hosting the lotto)
Tickets are really just a litst of numbers with people's names next to them, one name per number.
arrow At the end of the lotto, the host(ess) puts the numbers in a randomizer program and gives the prize(es) to the winner(s). I'm not sure about the randomizer programs, I've never hosted a lotto before. sweatdrop
