Niah watched him for a moment and noticed his hiss/purr. She raised an eyebrow adn sure enough he was able to stand. Had it been her she would still be on the bed in pain. Some got all the luck. She heard his statement and reached back through her 'files' to see if she knew anything about the one Cymarron was referring to. She suddenly felt very hungry, now that the pain was gone. She hadn't eaten anything in a full day. Been too busy serving alcohol. Time to get some food. At that mometn her stomach growled. She laughed slightly "Umm I believe I'm hungry..." she looked at Cymarron. "How's Aura...she was acting a bit...weird." THis was to be expected though. When an estranged friend returned there were things that needed to be said. She sighed and considered using her empath powers but still couldn't bring herself to trust them.

"We will get you food...just rest for a little bit. Aura and Saradin have become..a pair. she is slightly fevered, we do not know why. we smell the light sweat."

He purred again, and without thinking much of it, gave her a small hug and a little feline nuzzle.

"And we took good care of little Tyler, he is also under protection of the Hawk, a strong totem. we will be right back."

He moved out of the infirmary, and to the kitchen, and dug around till he found what he was looking for. leftover cheesecake from what Saradin had made before. he grabbed the cheesecake, and a fork, and came back into the infirmary with it.

"Cymarron comes bearing gifts."

The hug and nuzzle made her feel wanted home and she smiled. She watched him leave and began to think. Aura...feverish? Why? Then her mind processed that Aura and Saradin were together....or not. Pair could mean just really good friends. After all Saradin hadn't remembered anything. She felt a bit confused and really wanted to talk to Aura. She would ask Cymarron when he returned. She grinned as Cymarron came back with cheesecake. She took it from him and happily took her first bite. "Mmm. Thank you Cym. You have no idea how much I've craved this." She savored the taste and then looked at him, confusion and a hint of sadness in her eyes. "Aura and Saradin....are...together? How so?" She wasn't sure she really wanted to know. It held the taint of moving on and she felt a bit dismayed that if it were true Aura could recover so quickly.

A small nod. "Yes, but also of others. As far as the fever goes," she held up her hand as if in a defensive gesture, "I'll stick to my icepack thanks all the same though." Then she looked to the direction of the infirmary at it's mention. "Not Cymarron. Niah was hurt, she's been in the village for a while. Though I don't know more...I don't know if she wants to talk to me at all yet." She sighed.

Ecara was getting ecstatic again. She had a new play thing...that could be shown off. Holding the doll in one hand, clutched close to her, the other hand anchored itself to Aura's belt, still not wanting to be separated from he mother in the presence of someone relatively new.

"Cymarron guessed. We know your addiction. Saradin and Aura...are courting. Aura realized it was Saradin who's affections she truly wanted, as Cymarron knew when she shed no tears for the watcher, but cried when Saradin was lost."

He watched her eat, relaxing somewhat.

"Aura had a...breakdown when you left. She became very distressed. Eclispe helped her, she had to face her Beasts. she since has been better, but we were concerned. We think it gave her clarity to see what she should have seen before."

Niah listened to Cym's explanations and sighed. "Yes...what I should have helped her to see. Dammit, why was I so stupid?" She shook her head and ran an agitated hand through her hair. Taking another bite of cheesecake she thought about Aura. She hated the fact that Aura had become distressed but she knew when she left it would probably happen. And as much as Niah told herself she wasn't she was a bit upset with Aura. Logical or not had Vincent never come, Alex never would ahve come. And Niah wouldn't feel so lost. She sighed again. "I really don't know what to say. Aura and Saradin. I guess some things are just meant to be. I'm...happy for her...." Ra but that one hurt. She was happy for Aura but she was also upset. She was left alone in this grieving and it seemed Aura had no problems moving on to another. She shook her head. She jsut couldn't grasp it all. Why was she still so broken when Aura was fine?

"Ehh...you forget I am nothing more than a mere man, and we are by our nature imcomplete creatures, that is until we find our better halves." he said with a shrug as he made his way to the infimaray. Elias had yet to put a shirt on, so the fact that he had a large black snake on his torso was obvious, when Elias came unto the door of the ifimary he open the door slowly, unaware if anything inside was meant to be private. "Evening, Lady Naliah and Sir Cymarron." Elias said with a slight bow, the large snake on his torse semming to contort as if it was alive upon his chest. "I both that this night finds you both in good health." he says as he rises slowly from his formal bow.

"the emotions were different, Nailah. thiers was a lustful infatuation, yours was a strong love. Aura's true love was for Saradin. we all noticed it, but her. But do not be so worried. others here care greatly for you, Cymarron included."

It was as close as he came to admiting an attraction, as this was not Kisshy, and he knew very well the bulk of the attraction was becuase of thier similarities. He noticed Elias's voice, and his ear moved before his head did.

"Greetings, Elias. We are sorry for the Ward not admitting you. We did not add you to the Pack when we created it. We are fine. there are others this evening who are dead, and who's souls will suffer Cymarron's anger and wrath for Time to come."

He said it so casually, as if it was a normal occurance.
