EV is stricken with sickness and is currently in the hospital. She will return when she is able to.
Till then I'm left in charge and I'm suspending all administrative duties. This includes any requirements or duties squad leaders have. Take it as some time off to do whatever you need to do without worry of being displaced from the guild. If anyone has any comments or concerns my PM box is always open =)
So consider the admin/housekeeping aspect of the guild frozen until she returns. Enjoy!

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE
When: On Monday(4/5/10), starting at 12:00 am GST, we will begin our lovely membership drive. It will go until Sunday (4/11/10) at 11:59 PM.
Where: Everywhere!!! smile
Rules:
1) Follow Gaia rules and ToS (It'd be quite useless for you to recruit all of gaia for us and then get banned yourself. How would I give you your prize?)
2) Anyone you recruit MUST fill out the form on the front page. Ask them to also let me know who referred them. (Again, I need to know who to give prizes to wink )
3) I obviously can't prove how much you've spoken to or how well you know the people, but please PLEASE aim for quality members. I.E they stick around and actually post and RP. I'd hate to have a ton of people join only to have to kick them out a week later.
Prizes: TBA. I have a few things in mind, but I'm really trying to get my hands on a letter or two. If anyone would like to donate anything for it, feel free to.
We will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner.
If I think of anything else, I will let you all know. Remember have fun with it!

Sooo depending on what you all think, we can try this again later, or go at this a different way. Like I said when I first postponed it, I knew there were flaws in it and I tried to manage them all but I'm sure I didn't get them all. We just know my policy of "only one way to find out" :-p
