Nothing in life is easy and I don't think it would be worth it if things were.
Very true. By the way, I noticed that I placed second in the contest last time. While I'm honored that I placed, I also noticed that you sent the prize to my mule, MandaTifa. My main account has an underscore in the name. Which is why it took me forever to notice....

Just something I wanted to point out...no harm was really done. sweatdrop

Just an old fan of his. I keep missing out meeting him in person from not being able to get the the local cons by where he lives. I don't live too far myself, just a couple hours away.

One of these days I would like to get a commission or two.

I'm not sure. All my gaia commissions had to be put on hold again as is. My cash commissions are a huge list at the moment.

I just completed a online assessment for the place I'm hoping to work.... part of the result was this:

Quote:
As Figure 1 shows, your score on the test exceeded 90% of the sample of people working in a similar industry. This result suggests that in relation to this group, there is a high likelihood that critical thinking and problem solving are strengths of yours.
People possessing these strengths do so because they are very capable of processing information effectively, encompassing its acquisition, evaluation, storage, and application. Accordingly, in addition to being able to successfully reason and solve problems, they are noted for their ability to develop a greater knowledge of the job and to do so more rapidly, to make effective decisions, and to respond appropriately to new or complex situations. From an employer's perspective, these are highly desirable employee behaviours.

The other section I got above the average on the bell curve, but I think it's ok.

But the test is a little strange, but It's similar to an IQ test I had in year 7. I'll let you guys know what happens. Maybe this will lead towards an interview sweatdrop

He's really nice and easy to work with. I did a trade with him.

Today just...sucked...My god...x.x

Drove with my roommate to pick her fiance up at the airport in Minneapolis. Not even 10 minutes outside of town, I blew a tire and had to change it. Drove all the way to Minneapolis on the spare, which is a very dangerous thing to do, but we made it. Thankfully, one place was open today to do tire service, and I got a new one.

Right now I'm just trying to get over how now my roommate and her fiance won't stop it with the PDA's constantly >_>

I am freaking out.

Apparently, according to my financial adviser, I have no money for school right now, so I have to call some 800 number for some creative education loan or something. I have no idea what I'm calling for, what I'm supposed to do, if my dad is going to co-sign for the loan, or what. I friggin' hate cold-calling people-- especially when I have a very minimal idea as to why I'm calling them.

I most likely won't be around again until this Sunday, since I'm going to Eurofurence 13. It's possible that I'll be able to pop in at least once, but I dunno. I may end up being to busy XD

Anyway, see y'all later!

Thank God for my boyfriend; I don't know what I'd do without him.

I had a full-blown panic attack this morning (see my earlier post for why). He was really great about it: he held me and rubbed my back until I calmed down (took about 20 minutes), then took me to school so I didn't have to take the bus (I wouldn't've gotten here on time if I had, anyway).

::sighs:: I love him so much; he takes such good care of me.
