"All that loathsome rage, its simply enchanting. Youre only conquering yourself Aurahkah, and everytime you yell at me like that, youre becoming closer to me." He finished circling the room and returned to her side, leaning one arm against the wall and standing over her with a grim smile. "All I can do is talk though," a free hand extended towards her cheek, and halted an inch before it. "Youve built a barrier to protect yourself from anyone touching the real you. And you know that you'll never have anyone close to you again, because the moment that wall comes down, I'll be here waiting."

"I think you fail to grasp exactly how much of you I am. How many more other parts to your mind are you going to construct and lock away until they all break loose? That wall that keeps others out also protects them from all of your darkness, and its growing so strong that you wont even let Eclipse know about it all anymore. Lieing to him, how kind of you, saying that hes your friend when I; part of you; know that all hes ever done is keep you alive. Let us out now and you might even come to enjoy us. I certainly know that I could enjoy your body."

"Now youre talking to yourself Aurahkah. Its unhealthy. But if you think that was really all of your darkness, then youre fooling yourself more than I thought. Just look at how adamantly you resist even being told by yourself whats wrong. You made me, and I want what you want."

Saradin screamed, at the top of his lungs and in terror. It was the end of his sleep as he thrashed about in his bed, sweat beading rapidly on his body and in the quieter moments he merely shook uncontrollably as something overtook him...

"What music is this? Probably something you caused. I'll wait here." He moved away from her, still smiling and lay back down on her bed, again only partly covering himself in her sheets.

The only sounds that followed were sobbing, tears that came from some unknown source. Saradin was still out cold, lost in his dream but not sleeping, and made no response to the knocking. It only grew worse slowly as he lay still shivering in his bed. Through it the only thought that dwelled within his agonized head was let out audibly. "Make it stop..."

Aura looked to Cymarron who had popped up out of nowhere then looked into the room at Saradin. Trouble sleeping wasn't exactly how she would describe it. Almost cautiously she stepped into the room and over to the man's bed, sitting on it's edge. A tentative hand reached out and touched his shoulder. "Saradin...wake up." A soft shake to him.

He didnt awake to the shaking, though the touch did send him further into his dream as his body convulsed once and drew together, hugging his knees close to his chest and crying like a child. "It wont... please, no..." And he screamed again, his muscles tightening until they suddenly halted and relaxed as he lapsed completely out. A few seconds later, laying there still, his lips began to move. "He isnt well Aurahkah."

"We spent three days in hell together." He said, back turned to her as he lay there very still. "Saradin kept them from all three of us for that whole time." He sat up, still facing away. "Stretched himself so thin, and still kept all of hell at bay. The scars of their weapons run deep in him, they knew what was going to happen and dug so deep to prevent him from recovering." He shook the loose shirt that clung to him from so much body sweat and pulled it mostly free of his skin. "He lost his own pain, but took on the worst imaginable punishments."

"I dont know." Clogged sinus' forced him to draw a deep breath against his runny nose, creating a teary 'sniff' sound. "Its not anything normal, his soul's coming apart Aurah. And every time he goes to sleep it comes out, they took his rest and his strength. I dont think he can hold a weapon anymore." At last he turned to face Aurahkah with dark gray and lifeless eyes, steady and calm, but bloodshot and tears staining his face. "His smiles are real because he doesnt even know what he's going through."
