Seeing thses jutsu's done before his very eyes Neoshin is soon binded by these branches being held into place as he lets his head go down looking towards the ground in a tired look, he would'nt speak but would only stare down at his failed attempt feeling a bit pooped.

Pain grins seeing that he caught Neoshin in his jutsu and has more branches come from the tree's around him completely wraping around Neoshin keeping his hands at his sides and Pain starts to walk up the branches torwards Neoshin and asks "why did Izzy want Sparky dead?"

As Neoshin opened his mouth a giant amount of water came from it as it was revealed to be a fake clone caught up in his branches. Before the whirlwind was almost towards Pain the original Neoshin used a substitution leaving a clone in his place as he escaped into the jungle Pain created. The real one would be hideing around the Hospital building as the branches were confusing him in a way to go. He would keep his byakugan on but rest for the moment rubbing his head in thought "This guy is something else. He's not so good in terms in combat but he has a termendous amount of chakra..... not to mention a variety of jutsu's. I may have ran myself right into a pickle this time around. Question is should I make my way outta here or keep on fighting this guy. I mean of course I can defeat him with my secret technuiqe but I have some doubts that it'll fail. Uhhhhhh what to do in this kind of situation. Ok... I just gotta keep calm and think, think Neo think."

seeing the water coming from Neoshins mouth Pain uses his wind chakra to split the water in to streams sending one away from him and the other torwards the clone completely dowseing it and stopping its attack and realizes its just a clone starts to look around for the real Neoshin while he starts to leave the body flicker formula all around the tree's so he can use his body flicker technique

Neoshin would easily see Pain from a far distance using his byakugan so he would rest for a bit giving himself some time to think this threw "So much the Akatsuki..... the leader is really starting to piss me off doubting my abilites like that, she knew this was nearly impossible yet she sent me off. That Sparky girl is no problem, but this guy is one of the most annoying of them all, annoying meaning skilled. His chakra never runs out sense he has so much, and his jutsu's gives him a large edge over me. The only way I can win is if I out-smart him somehow. I don't even want to fight this guy but what other choice do I got. Well I might as well finish this the best I can." With his final thoughts settled Neoshin stands up and cracks his knuckles moveing with great speed around the forest going to the right of Pains direction to keep some space between them. As he moved silently Neoshin would use some ninja tools to prepare himself for Pain if he could find out his location.

Pain finishes placeing the body flicker around almost the entire area of his forest and he turned his head hearing some noise and realized that it was Neoshin and smirks knowing that where Neoshin was is a rea where he placed his body flicker formula and in a bright yellow flash appears behind Neoshin and throws a hard kick to the ribs which if they hit would be followed by 3 more kicks useing his typhoon kicks taijutsu

Neoshin would sense his opponent arrival and react in taijustu combat. Using his right leg Neoshin would kick the opposite way of pain clashing their legs together as he would see he had successfully blocked him. Once the typhoon kicks were in action Neoshin would instantly backflip dogeing his first kick and keep going with the same flip getting away from his 3 furious attacks as Neo avoided him completely and took a leap back waiting for his feet to touch the ground. The moment they did he would blast himself back him and do a backward spin letting out his left leg to use the Leaf Strong Whirlwind making a gust of wind follow around and infront of his leg making his attack twice as powerfull adding the force of his blow and the power of the wind "Taijutsu it is then!"

Pain sees Neoshin getting ready to use konoha senpuu and uses his body flicker technique to appear behind Neoshin and goes threw hand some hand signs as his hair starts to get hard and shoots out towards Neoshin at great speed and says "needle jizo technique"

As he dissapeared without a trace Neoshin quickly thought to himself in order to figure out how to react to it "What?! Somehow he got away from my attack, but how.... either way it goes there's only one way to defend myself completely.... KAITEN!!!" Using the spinning heavens technuiqe Neoshin would surround his entire body including his legs in a sphere created by chakra blocking out and pushing back the needles of hair as he continued to go forward and gain some distance from Pain, if he landed on the ground and was still being attacked by the hair needles he would keep his spinning heavens defense constant, if not then he would quickly stop and take a jyuuken stance stareing off at his opponent.

Neoshin looks around and snickers "Well to be honest, the only thing i'm confused about is how you've gotten so fast. Either its some kind new transporting jutsu or you've mastered the yellow flashes technuiqe of using a jutsu formula. No other shinobi carries that kind of chakra...... i'm impressed that you have masered such a skill." Neoshin would only stare at Pain getting ready to attack once more.

Pain grins and uses the body flicker jutsu again and appears right above Neoshin and says "well unfortunately for you its the latter i have mastered the use of jutsu formula" and goes threw some more hand signs and spits at Neoshin useing his liquid nitrogen technique

Neoshin would close his eyes as his body dissappeared instantly and would come up from nowhere behind Pain as he would let out his arm bandages to take the assumption that shadow leaf dance was done. The bandages would'nt waste any time and would tighten around Pain before it was even noticed. Once that was done Neo's arms would come around him and hold him in place to start the front lotus technuiqe. If all went well Neoshin would activate the first gate and flip him and Pain upside down to pummel his opponent into the ground after a intensifed rapid spin and attempt to finish him off by driving his skull into the earth.

Pain looks shocked at first seeing the bandages being wraped around him but thinks quickly and summons the chakra from his bijuu to cut threw the bandages and places hi fott on Neoshins chest and pushes off of him jumping onto a nearby tree branch and goes threw a few more hand signs and says once more "wood style four pillars prision technique!" and a uncountable amount of branches head straight torwards Neoshin completely wrapping around him

Neoshin would be kicked backward as he headed for a tree trunk that shot out of the ground and connected to the forest. Neoshin could then view the wood pillars come forward at him and he would'nt be caught so easily. Out of a burst of chakra Neoshin would realease, he would form two trench blades bieng Asuma Saratobi's signature weapon made completely out of ice formed by his chakra. Using them on the branches Neo suddenly sped passed them after bouncing off the tree trunk performing the Flying Swallow technuiqe to cut and slice the wood pillars into large pieces breaking Pains jutsu and heaing straight towards him using the trench knives to make two horizontal slashes coming with a X shaped attack aimed at Pains chest.
