April 12, 2012 Rai sprinted towards the school, Gouto at his side. He leapt over traffic without a thought. He was given many awkward stares. He rushed past Agaki, Dae, Remi, and Shinji without a glance. He cut around the corner and head straight for the building which was now in sight. When he arrived on spot he didn't even catch his breath. "Where? Where is it now?" he gasped. "I detect its presence on the roof. Be careful climbing up there Rai beca-" Gouto stopped talking when he noticed Rai had leapt from the trees to the roof. Gouto sighed to himself and followed.
"Come out you b*****d!"

Kotori was on the floor, unconscious with her arms and legs tied up to prevent her from escaping if she had ever woken up.

April 12, 2012 Rai waited at the top. The sky turned dark and red. The clouds bunched together and a streak of black lightning blasted the roof. From the abysmal smoke came Lucifer, his arms crossed. Kotori floated above him trapped in a seal, and then dissappeared. "Kotori! You b.astard! I'll slaughter you!" Rai screamed. "Rai...It's been so long. You are only a ghost. As a corpse you shall remain!" Lucifer bellowed. He sent down several sattelite beams, which Rai rolled around and slit Lucifer's arm. He was bitchslapped away after landing a blow. He cut through the air, allowing his Persona Dizzy to be released. "Megidoalan!"A blast of purpleish black and almighty energy burst into Lucifer, knocking him back. Rai dashed towards him and ran up his towering body. He swung his katana like a mad man while doing so. "Kotori! I'm coming!"

April 12, 2012 Rai kicked off of Lucifer as he shot down another laser. It followed Rai and impacted him. Rai tried to block with his katana, but it eventually flew from his grasp and knocked him down. After it was done frying him, Lucifer slammed his fist down. Dizzy blocked the fist with both of her wings and tail. Rai crawled towards his katana and grasped it tightly. He wobbled to his feet and charged in again. "Don't give in now, Rai!""And you call yourself a Kuzunoha....Is this a joke? You're nothing but a demon trying to become human again. The shadows are going to get you, worm!"Rai grit his teeth and struck a heavy blow through Lucifer.

April 12, 2012 "uuh..." she slowly opened her eyes, and saw the battle that was laid out before her. She gasped from seeing Rai in his current condition and called out ot him. "Rai-kun!"

April 12, 2012 Rai heard Kotori's voice. His eyes widened. He turned to her. "Kotori...! I remember now! I-..." Lucifer paralyzed him with a bind skill. He then used Agidyne on Rai along with Mudo. Rai only nullified the mudo, but took a heavy blow from the agidyne.

April 12, 2012 "I'll leave your rotting demonic corpse to the shadows when I'm done with you, Rai!"Gouto rushed in. "Rai! Don't give in! Lucifer's only your other half! The dark half...The half that clings to life only for power and revenge. The side of sorrow and hate...You need a trigger to wake you up and fight." He looked over at Kotori and began to help her out of the ropes.

April 12, 2012 Kotori was loosened up and stood up. A blue card appeared above as she held her finger in a shape of a gun (like Reisen) and shot it, summoning Patchouli Knowledge, her persona. "Rai, don't give in!!" she shouted.

April 12, 2012 Rai struggled to break free, but was blasted with another Agidyne. He collapsed to one knee.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJVfgXdGm_ILucifer flinched and Rai was set free. "Th-thanks Kotori!" he shouted. He dashed in for Lucifer and slit him 999 times within a single second, then sheathed his katana. A seemingly final strike was delivered. Lucifer fell over in extreme pain.
"Why is it...demon...That you protect this girl?""She doesn't label me as a human, demon, Kuzunoha, whatever. All I am to her is Rai. She waited those long years for me. Never once would I have thought I'd get something so perfect in life" Rai responded. He held out his hand. "Death!" he yelled. Dizzy and Rai worked together, coated by a purple aura. The essence of Death itself crashed down onto Lucifer like a slow moving meteor and absorbed him. Rai grabbed Gouto with one arm, and wrapped around Kotori with the other. He jumped from the roof and safely(but slightly roughly) landed on the ground as an explosion ignited ontop of the building. It didn't seem to do any harm to the building itself, however. Rai gasped for air and stared intensively at the ground.
