Uh, well that would depend. Girls don't so much urinate out of their v****a as that particular part is only for reproduction related purposes. Up near the front there is a small hole that is the openning to the urethra, which everyone pees out of unless they have *a terrible disorder that I don't want to hear about*.
So I suppose if she grew this phalus and the urethra migrated to the center of it (and then grew about five or more inches [the uethra in females is much shorter]) that she could urinate out of it.
But I doubt that would happen because in males it just grows through the center of the phalus while the fetus develops (while there are occasional mistakes where it doesn't line up properly this is clearly visible [hole at the middle bottom] and if given suitable conditions will probably fix itself as the baby grows.)

The following was my best guess based off of anatomy. I deny any exposure to "anime chicks growing phalusses" other than Phil's recent question.

Oh, do they glow? No wait, that's what girls do instead of swear.
So uh, do they grow out of it? I'm fairly sure that baby girls tickle and make potty which are practically urinating or something.

The beneficial effects of urination.
-helps to get rid of excess water. Otherwise youw ould have to sweat.
-regulation of harmful compounds.
-a reason to have toilets.
-sometimes the emotion of 'relief' is felt immediately after urination.
-can sometimes water plants
-involved in some strange sex fetish
-doubles the number of uses for a phallus
-makes cats thritsy (don't ask me.)
-gaining bladder control can boost small childrens self esteem
-potential reason for use of smilies whee , stressed , biggrin , crying ,ect

well then you'd be wrong then wouldn't you?

Thus the need to get rid of excess water in some other fashion.

It would be impossible to become more "sexy and cute" than the substances you eat without some way to get rid of the non sexy and cute particles. While it would be possible to eat only sexy and cute food it would be quite expensive.

That's sick. What if one day that puppy was outside of the house and came to a public restroom? The idea of it would drive me to the brink of insanity if I weren't already there.

If you eat sugar every time you want to feel that way you'll get diabetes.

Actually yes. If I could make plants that absorb such things we could easily gather them into one place and then shoot them into the sun.
... stare you shouldn't ONLY water a plant with such things...
It seems just as repulsive to me yet several people I know seem not to share our way of thinking.
But you surely don't want the very ugly and very old to actively do such things do you? Because of their unlikliness to particpate in such activites I find it much easier not to picture them doing so (I'm moderately obsessive compulsive... I can't keep myself from looking at things I know I don't want to see, things I REALLY don't want to see, ect.)

Ya, I can't understand why that noise would possible drive my cat to attack the door as if she hadn't eaten for weeks and was severely dehydrated wioth the only existing food in the universe lying just beyond the door.
It can't be conditioning either because my family doesn't put food in the dish relatively soon after or before using the toilet.
But only one can be taller, faster, ect than all of the others and one must be shortest, slowest, ect. Without the esteem boost of being better than the rest how are these children to avoid the plummet into a world of darkness and hatred directed at mediocracy known as -Emo-?

Ya, totally. stare , I meant that you could use those emoticons before or after the events. Ex: "I gotta pee but I have to hold it crying ." " stressed when I went to the restroom this guy kept trying to talk to me." or even "I went to go pee but the bathroom was broken xp so I had to pee in the corner sweatdrop ."

Jon-OH: That's what the "or something" is for. It keeps me personally unacountable for any expressed ideas and blurs the boundaries of what I have said so that I am free to add later details without contradicting myself... or something.
Phil: Well, if they urinate through the phalus then it is common, if they do not urinate through the phalus then it is not common.

Ok, girls who grow weenies off of their clitorus wouldn't be able to urinate out of it without surgery or maybe just a week in one of those large cylenders full of green goo meant to help to body heal or whatever with a modification.
If magic was involved in the 'transformation' then she might be able to urinate out of it.
It could work in reality but unless she grew it while she was an infant she probably wouldn't be able to urinate out of it.

And girls DO pee, it just phases out of existance as soon as it exits their bodies because it would be icky if they actually peed.
End of story, period. No back-sees, no double backzies or anything like that, ect.
