If in the absense of light
darkness prevails
what of those
who lived in the dark
if they die
will they not see the light?
Will god deny them that joy
since he gave them their hell
this god they worship
through all that pain
will you condem
their weakened spirit
yet you'll let others through
because this man
couldn't go to church
because he couldn't take that time
you've sent him to another hell
while others lavish in your house
those who've have murdered and sinned
are spoiled in that wealth
while that one man
rots in his secondary hell
and before he was sent
he caught a small glimpse
of what heaven was like
and in it he saw
the past men who pushed him
and with that he cringed
and loudly he said
"God if this is your house
than condem me I say
for these sinners I've seen
have made me their prey
and when they pasted I cried
even through it all
that they died with the view
of a human life so small
I pitied them, but still
I found the heart to forgive
and through everything
i kept the will to live
but now here I stand
looking upon you
and learning everything thats said
about you isn't true
and before I go
all I have to say
being sent to hell
will be the happy ending to my play!"
