Bulmung appears right by wave master he was talking to earlier "Sorry about that I got an important email from CC Corp about an event that I'm suppose to help out with seeing how I'm the Bulmung of the Azure sky's I guess alot of players would be inclined to participate or at least thats what CC Corp thinks"
