Eh, either way... Ellette sat in the center of a small room, arms around her knees, forehead pressed against them. She was very still- disturbingly still. One would not have thought she was alive if it weren't that every so often she'd lift her eyes to a single slant of light coming from a window on the opposite side of the room- the moon was up.
"I miss them," she murmured to herself, thinking aloud. She was referring to Aramis and Raivyn, neither of which she had since since before that last battle. Her lord... Aramis's father... could they restore normalcy?
"If I become leader of my clan, we'll form an alliance, won't we Aramis? Just like there was... before..." And he'd agreed and she'd smiled at him and been happy.
But now, she was thinking... even if that did happen... then Raivyn wouldn't be happy. He probably wouldn't be her friend... what if he wasn't even alive?
Ellette's shoulders trembled slightly at the thought as it ran it's cold fingers down her spine. What if Raivyn died in this pandemonium...? What if Aramis died...?
What would she do... (damn it's been a long time since I've RPed... xp Sorry. You can totally edit this Ki-chan.)

((it's amazing, I love your rps. I'm sort of waiting for Xinxin but if he's gonna ignore the thread, I guess I'll make it so we find you)) Lissy looked around the small room. There was a girl in it and she looked somewhat paralyzed or maybe she was just thinking, Lissy didn't know which. She walked towards the girl timidly, afraid to approach since she didn't know quite who it was and yet...and yet she seemed familiar. Perhaps she had seen her before...she shot a glance back at her companion but went forwards without waiting for his reaction. "Ma'am?" she asked quietly, weighing the possible outcomes. Maybe the girl would answer, maybe not. Maybe she would be kindly disposed, maybe not. Perhaps it was a demon and she had seen her while in Aramis's company, perhaps a vampire from Raivyn's guard. ((yours are so awesome, you put mine to shame mrgreen ))

But yours kick mine's arshes and 'sides mine suck. xp I enjoy writing the crap though... (my character is calm person, right...?)
Ellette turned her face towards the intruders- not that she minded their coming. Her thoughts had been twisting her into a net of nightmares that she didn't want to dream... ((okay yeah that sucked arsh. Oh well. xd )
"Yes...?" A vampire... she looked familiar...? Ellette wondered... wasn't she one of Raivyn's? Her guard went up slightly... while she should hope Raivyn would remain her friend in spite of their Lord's death, she was the other likely vamp for filling His role... then again, even if Raivyn still felt warmly towards her, his followers might not want to see her get in his way... (Btw Ki-chan what sort of powers do vamps/demons get here, if any...?)

((immortality and hyper speed with a touch of ESP, you know, the usual xd ))
Lissy looked at the girl curiously. Then it dawned on her, this must be Lord Raivyn's rival. She balked, bowing her head down and backing away, this girl might have already recognized her and might harm her for bein under the protection of Lords Aramis and Raivyn. She shot a look at the door as it creaked open. Aramis had dragged the assassin with him, promising Bane he would return. He had given himself to worrying about Lissette's well-being and was useless until his fears were quelled. He had managed to follow them to a building. He threw open the door and at first, all he could see was the lithe figure of Lissy darting to hide behind him, wrapping her arms around his neck. Then he saw Ellette. "What is going on here?" he asked calmly.

Sweet... no bloodsucking-turn-people-zombie then? (jk!) "Aramis!" Ellette smiled slightly, forgetting momentarily their circumstances now. Slowly, though, she remembered, and her smiled died leaving her face cold and hollow. Did he not want to be her friend...? He couldn't possibly... after all... but now she was... she could become... but he'd remember her promise, woudn't he?! He knew she'd never break her promise to him... didn't he...?
...she wouldn't, would she...
Closing her eyes Ellette massaged her temples, trying to ward away bad thoughts. To distract herself she looked back to the girl with the wolf. She was Raivyn's, wasn't she? "...may I be of service, mi'lady?" she asked politely. Maybe when she left the girl would see Ellette's good will- she thought her will was good, anyway, although she was as of yet unsure- to Raivyn.

Aramis was very tired and had been worried about Lissy and the wolf but now he was eased slightly. He pryed Lissy's hands from his neck and inclined his head as a greeting to Ellette. "Good evening, Ellie," he said, patting Lissy's head. Lissy was startled by his reaction. This girl was, after all, a vampire. Were they aligned? Or were they polite enemies? She smiled hesitantly to Ellette and dipped low into a curtsey. "M'lady," she said quietly, lowering her eyes to the floor and staying next to Aramis.

Ellette relaxed, let her guard down. Aramis didn't hate her...? "Evening," she replied quietly, letting her lips curl up into something resembling a smile. Things felt so awkward... the air was stifling her... she should go out... find Raivyn...
What if Raivyn wanted to kill her though...? Did it matter? At least then she'd be satisfying him in some way...
Ah, why couldn't she just stop thinking...? Even as she thought this Ellette's mind raced further. "How is it...?" she asked carefully, wondering why he was here suddenly... was this not her territory? They were friends but surely he understood the circumstances were strained...

Aramis looked at her and smiled tightly. "I will go now, I came to check on this girl. I was actually in a meeting with someone important...Lissy, do let go of my neck, now..." Aramis said in his placid voice. Lissy let go and pouted."I wanna come with, Ari-sama" she complained to him, fidgeting slightly, afraid of the girl. This girl could kill her as soon as Aramis left to get back at her rival, Raivyn or something. True, Lissy had a right to be here as she was a vampire but...

Ellette was quiet for a moment; why... didn't he say something... to ease her mind... then she allowed the false smile to sincere slightly.
"Very well, Aramis. Milady, I don't suggest you go with him... this is more your territory than his is," she said softly, deciding it didn't matter whether they heard her or not. Rising to her feet at last, Ellette stretched as she tried to sort her priorities. Make certain Raivyn was safe, or ensure her place as new leader...? Figure out Aramis's plans, or worry about making her own...?

"I'll stay with her if you want..." Aki said quietly, having been dragged here by Aramis.

Ellette didn't look at the voice. Another demon. Aramis... she wanted to stay friends with Aramis, but... she couldn't stand for it. Now that her Lord was dead... she couldn't stand for it. For a demon to be so close, to be on her territory... and even Aramis shouldn't be there... they should leave...
Ellette bit her lip and turned away from them all, focusing on the sliver of moonlight seeping into the room. She drew her arms up to hug her shoulders. She'd never wanted Aramis to go away before... never felt such hostility towards a demon, though she didn't much like them... her head felt light... she had to do something... but what...?
"Lissette, is it...? You are one of Raivyn's, yes? You aren't one of mine." Ellette spun back around to face them, her hair swirling and twisting around her torso like some creature of shadow attempting to swallow her whole. "Might you know where he is?"
Whatever their purpose for being here- the werewolf was oddly silent and Ellette didn't want to pry into his thoughts- they had asked nothing of her and there was no reason for her not to ask something of Aramis's.... other vampire friend.

Aramis left, silently but rapidly, leaving Lissette on her own with a twinge of guilt. But she was more welcome here than he and had a right to fight on this land. Lissette looked down at her feet. "I have...no idea...where...my master is," she said, trailing away during the sentence from time to time to gaze at the moon and its welcoming beams of gentle silver light. She didn't like this, not at all...She clung desperately to the last things she could remember her master Raivyn saying but all she could recall was, "Wait for me, Lissy. I'll be back, don't worry. Be a good girl and stay with that pathetic excuse for a night dweller, you'll be safer that way." She hadn't managed to follow his instructions, she thought with shame.

Ellette cocked her head. She had picked up some thoughts of Raivyn and they weren't promising... "Night dweller...?" she wondered under her breath, wondering if Raivyn could have been referring to Aramis...? But that wasn't possible.
Raising her voice she asked, "Would you come with me to find him, then?"

Raising her voice she asked, "Would you come with me to find him, then?" Lissy was wary but maybe...maybe with this girl's help, she could find Raivyn? She missed him so, he was once a constant companion of hers and now he had just up and left. It was a bit depressing...hadn't Aramis left, too? Great...She liked thinking about her memories, slipping into the dark cocoon of her own mind. She could recall luxurious evenings with Raivyn, laughing as they darted around town, observing the silly little people absorbed in their silly little lives, not knowing they were there, more serious memories about their talks of immortality and whether there was any good for a vampire to achieve. She let her memories wash over her, closing her eyes and creeping steadily from the present and into the past.
