It took Ivy a while to realise that both Pen and the elven girl were asking her questions. "Ohh...I'll be alright,"She said off hand, her voice geting raspy and betraying her. The truth was she was aching in pain. "I just jumped off of a dragon, fully healed someone, and tried to fight a raging bear. It really is nothing. And...uhh..." Ivy faltered, "I think the bear is trying to protect the forest and the fact that we kinda decimated this part makes him mad..."

Ivy was getting more peeved. She hated people always concerned about her health and body. Though she knew all they wanted what was best for her she still hated being fawned over. "I am fine. Really." She said firmly with a hint of a dare to ask her again in her voice. Her powers were slowly coming back and she figured once they had restored enough not to depleate them all she would start to heal herself.

Odik's rage was at its peak. It control was absolute. Now was the time for the strike that would cripple the dragon and end the fight. A final roar, and Odik lunged, covered in the spiking, green cloud.

He expected an impact. There was none. He flew through the air, where there should ahve been a scaly beast. Now there was not. But there was a sharp pain in his chest, and he crumpled to the ground. He roared and grew like he had before and was about to raise before the dragon before him to strike him again. But the dragon was faster.

The claw tore through his flesh like a scythe through reeds, and Odik fell again, the forest leaving his broken form. His muscles shrank and his eyes glow faded. Odik blinked and probed his chest. The wound wasn't deep, but it was painful none the less. If Odik hadn't been in such a blind state, he would hae repelled it effortlessly. He continued down his chest and foudn the hilt of a dagger. He pulled it out and the sharp pain spiked and faded.

He looked up to the dragon, to the elf. He watched the mass of energy flow back into the trees. The violators had beaten him. What now?

"As good as we're going to get," Ivy croaked, quickly covering her mouth with her gloved hands, slightly embarassed. "We're fine," she said a little softer to avoid straining her voice anymore, "This is Rose, an elven girl, perhaps you know her?" She placed a glowing hand on her side and started to ease some of the pain very very slowly.

Pen was relieved that the battle had ended without anyone dying. She joined Zar and ran out with him to check on Bael, watching the bear warily. With worried eyes, she looked Bael over, trying to assess the apparently mild claw marks.

Odik pushedf himself to his feet, gasping for air. He had failed the forest. The taching spoke off those who believed in the Wood's protection were invinicble. But, he had lost with, not only its protectoin, but its stregnth as well. If his tribes teachings were just fabrications, then what else was true? Was any of it?

He felt the spot where the knife had penetrated. Blood. Lots of it. He rubbed it over his chestnut fur, covering the tattoos that coverd his chest, obscuring them and making them unrecognisable to the bear himself.

This was too much. Losing to a rag tag group of travellers, and his faith crushed, all in one swift slash. He stared to the sky his eyes glazed over. Should he continue his journey for those who betrayed him or disobey and do what his heart felt right. He was honur bound, but to those without any.

((I unno, I'm waiting for someone to tell me what I should be doing... Like I'm staring at the sky pondering, this is when the "happy, happy!" character would come out and say, 'Why don't you join us?' And then I'd be all '..." and it'd be all silent, then I'll think about it and stuff and I'd say 'yes', like every other RP I've been in when I played this type of character, but nuuuuuuu everyone's not here ): ))
