Yesterday:
Breakfast: Cereal with a mix of Lite soy and Rice Dream.
Drink: Cup of coffee.
Lunch: 12" veggie sub. sweatdrop (Thought I wasn't going to eat much throughout the day and wanted to get calories).
Drink: 20oz water.
Dinner: Vegetarian black beans wrapped in egg, two pancakes.
Drink: 50oz water.
Exercise: 1 hour on elliptical, 25 minutes weights.
Estimated Calories: 1400 - 500 workout = 900
Today:
Breakfast: 2/5 can of vegetarian vegetable soup.
Drink: Cup of sweetened coffee and 17 oz water.
Lunch: 1 small apple, and a Strawberry whirl drink.
Snack: 1/2 a grapefruit and some pringles.
Dinner: Tortilla with vegetarian refried beans, cheese, onion, and tomato.
Estimated Calories: 1250

Breakfast: Tortilla with slice of cheese, onion, veggie refried beans, and valatina hotsauce.
Drink: Cup of sweetened coffee.
Lunch: Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapanos, and banana peppers with scoop of lite ranch.
Drink: 20oz water.
Dinner: Spaghetti with tomato sauce.
Estimated Calories so far: 1150

Yesterday
Breakfast: Smoothie fruit loops with lite soy milk. Lunch: Seseme Tofu with one cup rice, tea, and egg roll. Snack: Slimfast bar. Dinner: Vegetarian pizza and salad. Drink: 60oz water. Exercise: 1 hour on elliptical.
Estimated Calories: 1700 - 350 exercise = 1350
Today:
Breakfast: 1 cup fruit loops with rice milk.
Lunch: Bean burrito from taco bell.
Dinner: Pasta e Fagioli (Vegetarian/Organic pasta)
Drink: 70oz water throughout day.
Estimated calories: 740

Breakfast: Quesidilla (one whole wheat tortilla, 2 slices cheese, and some onion with 1 pack taco bell hot sauce). Drink: 1/2 cup green tea and 20oz water. Lunch: Garden salad and rootbeer float. Drink: 40oz water. Dinner: Three eggrolls.
Estimated Calories: 1355.

Breakfast: 1.5 cup Special K cereal with vanilla soymilk. Drink: 25 oz water and cup of coffee. Snack: Two vegetable (broccoli) poppers. Lunch: Grilled flavor boca with Sara Lee bread, tomato, and onion. Snack: Another bowl of Special K. >.> Dinner: Three slices of pizza. Snack: 1 cup microwave popcorn, reduced butter.

Yay, 11 pounds? That's awesome!! And looking over your caloric totals, they're almost perfect. Keep it up!
and yeah, I know honey isn't technically vegan but since I still use chapsticks with wax in it I figured I'd be a little lenient on it for now sweatdrop

Thanks very much. I am sort of stuck at my current weight and having to do bits of extra to make it nudge, lol. I was actually thinking if I get enough money that two days out of the week I would go raw. It would sort of detox my body and it would be interesting to try. smile
Breakfast: 1 cup Special K cereal in Soymilk. - 200c
Drink: Ocean Spray Ruby Grapefruit Juice (half bottle) - 80c
Drink: Iced Carmal Macchioto with soy - 220c
Snack: Nutrigrain fruit&nut bar - 120c
Lunch: Small veggie tray that I shared with a friend. - 150c
Drink: 40oz water.
Dinner: Few slices of a veggie pizza and some pasta. - 600c
Estimated Calories: 1370

Drink: Starbucks Macchioto - 220c
Lunch: Vegetable wrap with hummas (x2) - 460c
Drink: 20oz water. 1 can of Arizona pomegranite energy drink
Dinner: Small bowl of pasta with can of mushroom - 240c
Drink: 40oz water.
Calories: 1300

Couple pringles chips - 260c Drink: 15oz water. -0c Dinner: Two vegan soy patties in a bun with mustard. 1.5 cups mashed potatoes. 1/2 cup macaroni salad. - 575c Drink: Ocean Spray Lite Juice -10c Snack: (Sister's birthday). 1/3 donut and 2 scoops icecream with lite chocolate syrup. - 275c Estimated Calories: 1350 (seriously not bad for 4th of July, BBQ, AND a birthday).

Lunch: Slice of strange tasting pizza - 100c
Snack: Fruit & Nut Bar - 160c
Dinner: 5 slices of thin pizza, couple bits of a salad - 550c
Exercise: Walk to work.
Estimated Calories: 1210 - 100 exercise = 1110

Drink: Starbucks Coffee Frappachino (Tall) - 180c
Snack: Very small handful of peanuts -50c
Lunch: Veggies (carrots, celeri, broccoli, snap peas) -100c
Dinner: Forgot, lol.
Exercise: Walk to work and took long way back. - 250c
Estimated Calories so far: 1011

You're doing better than I am, haha! Seriously, congrats on under 200! I do need to say, though, I'm a little concerned with how many calories you're taking in. As long as you feel healthy, it's fine, but when you start feeling bad, you should really bring it up.
Congrats on the vegetarianism! (Should warn you, McD's frenchies aren't vegetarian. They have beef fat.)

Thanks for commenting. smile Yeah, I'm excited to be under 200 now and hopefully I can keep it that way. It's been a PAIN to take off. Concerned with my calories how? Not enough? I am feeling healthy and haven't felt any sicknesses yet.
