alright, I am back home in my parents basement in Colby WI...so now I am going to try and fix my car(s). the legacy will get a turbo swap if its the last thing I do, and 240sx meeds the P/S leak fixed. I have no job right now but might get one...but I still want to work for Nissan and my best bet is in Downers Grove, Il. there they are working on a express lane, and I am on the top of the list to call when that happens.

so keep an eye open for updates about turbo legacy or turbo WRX swap.

well, I'm just going to fix my car's...getting rear camber arms and fixing the P/S leak in the SX.

the legacy is getting an overhaul...both engine and trans are getting taken down and fixed. new clutch, front sway bar, timing and water pump are all getting taken care of.

I'm starting to work on the SX right now...I'll post some pics when I am done with the installs.

yeah I just bought it from harbor fright on sale for 135 or 139 from 160. you looking for Engine hoist?

No, I just think it's awesome that you have onef. I'm so mechanically inept that I was to afraid to remove the throttle body on the Saturn when cleaning it out (it had a sticky feel when I'd push the throttle sometimes because of the carbon build up) because it had all these nuts and wires connected to it. I was afraid I couldn't put it back together. So I ended up just putting something heavy on the pedal, and sprayed the cleaner in and scrubbed inside with a toothbrush.

Anyway, It's also awesome that you're going to be doing all this engine work on your own. Saves a lot of money, and feels more fulfilling.

yeah, I am doing the engine work myself but not the trans...dumb subaru with the middle and front diff all in there is a little to much for me right now. I also need to replace a few bushings. oh, and it helps I found a place to download a factory service manual for FREE.

Yummy! But you have trees growing out of your car in both shots.

I have only put 7,000 miles on the Legacy...and the head gaskets are known to leak on N/A subaurs from 98-02 for the legacys and other models around the same year. the trans...well I think just miles are to blame for that.

it's a park Millefune it's hard not to get trees in the shot.

progress so far, I think I will be ready to get this out tomorrow.

Having trees in the picture is fine, but poles and trees popping up from behind the car take away and distract from the picture. I had to redo an entire photoshoot before because I didn't pay attention to the background at all. I like your car's photogenic-ness, and I just want to help you take better pictures of it. You and I know it deserves them, it's a really clean and shiny black.
