the whole Phantasy star universe actually started with the NES...or was it the SNES? (correct me if i'm wrong people)...it actually started out as an RPG (role-playing game for non-gamers out there...
xd )
anyways,it started having an online option when it was released in the now extinct SEGA Dreamcast...the first MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) for a console game i believe...
afterwards, a PC version was released (with online play of course), a PS2 version (although i believe its online play compatibility is...bleh), and the X-Box version (which rocks because of the X-Box live)

Phantasy Star was made by the creator of Sonic the Hedgehog.
So it was a Sega Genesis release. (AKA, Mega Drive)
I’m pretty sure they made games for the Sega Master System, Game Gear, Saturn and Sega CD.

I use to be a big Sonic the Hedgehog fan.
I still like most of the older games, but I’ve been disappointed with most of the recent ones.
Phantasy Star is a Sonic Team production.
I heard that theirs suppose to be a Grandia Online coming out soon.
I love Grandia games! ^_^
