Lillian noticed miles was being rather secretive about the details of this project, looking over to reia. "Err...reia, i'm not sure if it is our buisiness to know ze details any further..." She didn't want miles thinking they were insubordanitive or nosy, after all.

She blushed, then nodded. "Okay...I'll stop, then..." She looked at Lillian sheepishly. "I suppose I still have much to learn."
Miles listened for a moment, then closed the conversation out. What was with the blushing? Girls would be girls, he supposed.
The lift stopped and he smiled. "We're here. I'll go ahead and call you when he's ready." He smiled and walked off, pushing the cart in front of him.

Lillian waved goodbye, walking off the her quarters which was on the same level, carrying the few belongings she had brought with her back. Of course, she couldn't shake the feeling she was being followed.

"It will be a long while, won't it?" A soft voice said behind her, belonging to Reia. "He'll be in there for hours, working on him and his twin." She sighed and walked over to the window, looking down at the Earth. "What was it like, living down there? I was but a young tot when I came here, and don't remember much."

Lillian looked out at the planet as well "You're asking ze wrong person, really. All ze experiences I can remember of earth were bad ones, and ze town I stayed in was very isolated, zere was no chance of getting anywhere without your own aircraft of some kind."

"What do think he remembers of Earth?" She asked, looking back at the way they'd come from. "Do think any of it was...good?" She looked at her again, then at the beautiful, blue planet below.

Lillian shook her head "as long as ze war has been going on and as young as he would have to be to be on ze ARK when I saw him as a kid, I doubt he remembers a thing, and if he does, its not good."

She nodded. "I suppose you have a point. He's not that old now, but he's still old enough that he may recall horrible things..." She wrapped her arms around herself. "I...I only recall my mother a bit. She was captured and killed when I was younger, but not before she was raped in front of my father and I..." She sighed, looking down.
"There are many things we don't like to recall. I suppose work helps him forget his horrible events." She looked at her. "What do you think of him? Leo and Geo seemed to think you two looked nice together..."

Lillian laughed slightly and blushed at what reia said last, her rather tragic story seemed only to affect lillian a little "Well...we do get along rather well, but us two together? Its still a very improbable thing... It does seem we all have had rather horrible childhoods...all I can remember is ze plane exploding into flames and finding myself bleeding in ze snow next to burning bodies...ze faces were..." she shudders rather violently "It is best not to mention it...you're right. I'm going back to my room for awhile...take care."
Walking back to her room, it may have been obvious to reia why shes so quiet and secluded. Shes keeping all her emotions in and surpressing all the bad thoughts, and by the way she acts, shes been doing it for most of her life.
((Yes, I didn't have her directly mention she was married jsut so we can have the tension and jealousy between reia and her razz ))

She nodded, watching her as she went. 'It is terrible to recall such things. Perhaps I should also rest, after today's events?' She thought, then turned and went to her room.

Sigh. This is going to take longer then planned...
Miles looked at the two boys in front of him, both unconscious and one of them looked like he was half-way through heart surgery. Closing his eyes for a moment, he reached over and picked up a heart he'd created. It wasn't beating yet, but it would very soon.
Setting it inside the body, he then picked up a part he'd removed earlier and placed it over the heart, covering it with flesh. Then he and Gerald stitched it together, the view hidden from the camera there.
After that was done, he stepped back and pulled out two small jewels - connected by a magical chain - and held them out in front of him between the two boys. The camera couldn't see this part, but Gerald did. This was a secret no one would ever know of besides these two.
Thu-thump. Thu-thump.
Their hearts begin to beat as the stitches vanished and their eyes slowly opened. Two pairs of green eyes opened simultaneously and two boy hedgehogs sat up. They were finished.
"Good morning, Shade and Sonic." He said softly, smiling sadly at the two boys.

Lillian slept rather soundly when she got back to her room, save for her dreams...
She found herself coughing, it looked like the hall of the ARK near the tram tunnels, but everything was on fire. there was smoke filling the air as a red beam of light from the rotating alarm light cut thought it occasionally, the loud alert echoing through the halls as she felt herself slipping into unconsiousness.
She jolted awake, gasping slightly and looking around, surely it was just the stress...maybe her slight worry over being on the station...after all, it was just a dream.

((When Vu gets on, I can continue that scene, but for now I'll introduce a come-and-go character that you'll see a lot.))
Desert sands swept up in the wind as two figures stood face-to-face, weapons drawn. The sun burned down on the two as they faced each other, watching the other's movements.
One of them, a young adult Coyote, smirked as he took the first step. His adversary, a young boy Fox, took the next, then weapons clashed.
"Arr, young lad. You'd think that with two weapons you'd have beaten me by now, oui? Yet here we still stand, in these desert sands." He smirked. "Yew still have much to learn, young one."
"Stop calling me young!" The boy said, charging at him with his two knives. The Coyote dodged easily, then smirked, angering the Fox.
"Come now, you have to be better then that!" He said, laughing as the boy tried to attack him again. Then a strange beeping rang through the air and he looked at his wristwatch. "Oh! I should be off, kiddo." He walked over and ruffled the boy's hair. "It was nice seeing you, but I'm needed elsewhere." He smirked, then walked off to a large ship bearing the words "Space Colony ARK."
The boy sighed. "Take care of His Highness." He said, then turned and walked away, back to the Fortress.
He smiled, then took off in the ship. He still needed to complete his project. The greatest project ever known to mankind, it even surpassed the ARK.

Emerald-green eyes opened to the sight of a strange vision: Earth.
Sitting up, the figure looked around, seeing a fox professor that he immediately knew by the name of Professor Miles Prower, his dad. "Morning, Professor!" He chirped after a yawn, then looked over to the side of him. "Shade?"

Blue skies...
White clouds...
And a strange large blue thing...
The Ocean.
This place...where was it? So beautiful...
Soft green eyes opened as the concept of life entered the small child's mind.
Life...
A word from the one beside him, and he looked towards him.
Life...
He knew this child. His brother, Sonic. Another voice spoke and he looked towards the source.
Father...
His eyes widened and he gave a gentle smile, recognizing the man in front of him.
Brother...
He looked towards the child beside him again and gave the same smile, then back to the man.
Earth...
A soft smile came to the child's lips as it realized that wonderous planet's name.
He parted his lips to speak, and said only one word.
"Father..." He stepped closer and took the fox into a loving embrace. This was where he belonged, with his family. He looked towards the other child and extended a hand. "Brother..."
Miles smiled at the boy's actions and bent down to where they could see his face fully. "Yes. I am your father, your creator. And he is your brother, your kin." He hugged both of them, then said, "Can you tell me your names?"
A name. Yes, he had one. It was...
"My name is Shade. Shade Prower Robotnik."
((Okay, Lil. We're gonna finish this scene, then you can come back in when you're called. Got it, Vu?))
