"Yah... it must be the winter days. The changes of time, with the sun setting earlier and skies staying darker longer. Messes a person up in my opinion," he replied, running a hand lightly through his hair. He blinked and glanced at Magdalena giving a grin and nod.

"Oh yah! And since everyone is cowering away in their rooms or basement we can raid the kitchen! Free of charge!" He cheered, yelping and nearly jumping into the fire when the door was clattered to the ground. He looked over, giving a frown as the disgruntled water bender entered and used his water tricks to replace the door. He got to his feet, straightening his robes.

"'Scuse me a moment..." He grumbled under his breath to Magdalena, taking a few steps so he could see the retreating person.

"You didn't have to go and do that you know! Simply knocking and giving a person a moment to get up and unlock the door would've worked!" He said rather angrily after the person.

"What, your parents didn't raise you to show some common decency or something?" He spoke a little louder, glancing back at Magdalena.

"Some people, you know?"

Shelden blinked and yelped. Yanking back and gingerly rubbing the sore cheek. He hadn’t expected that to happen.

"Ow! Damn, he attacked me!" He muttered under his breath with a bit of suprise, a frown still across his face as he stood straight up again. There was a nice red lash where the water whip had struck, though he paid it no mind.

"Of course, because parents being long sense dead is an excellent reason for lack of decency," he spoke calmly, rubbing his cheek a bit before looking back at him.

"Then I shall restate my previous statement as to fit your predicament. Whoever had the misfortune of raising you didn’t teach you any common curtsey?" He said, raising an eyebrow slightly.

"Better?"

Shelden’s eyes became serious as he stepped into his own stance. He had expected he might get attacked again, though wasn’t quite as prepared as he hoped to be. Oh well, he deal with what he could.

He watched the rush of water come, rising up his own hands in front of him quickly.

"Fel su warera!" He spoke, manipulating the water as it nearly connected with the fingertips of his hands. He quickly motioned it to the side of him, the water responding like a wave and bending away from the targeted areas only to smash into the wall behind. Shelden glanced at Sora and raised an eyebrow a bit.

"Someone's got a temper! But if it's a duel you want, I'm happy to give it!" He said, giving a slightly cocky smile.

Magdalena growled in frustration, sighing silently as she watched the pair fight. She was fed up with all the fighting, tired of it, and just wanted a nice meal and a good sleep. As soon as Sora got into his stance, she rose.

"Fine, fight, destroy the village. What does anyone care." She said, shrugging off as much frustration as she could. She looked to them both, her eyes going black and serpantile. "But do it outside." She said in a dark, almost hissing voice. With that, her once feminine human form dissapeared, becoming that of a large and powerful black anaconda. With a mad smacking whip of her tail, she threw Sora from his stance and outside into the snow. She repeated with Shelden, although regretting it just a bit. He had been so nice to her, after all. But she didn't want her place of rest to be disheveled in their petty squirmish.

Once the pair were outside properly, Magdalena changed back into a young lady. She walked over to the door, sighing at the sight of the two. "Cool off and finish your fight out here. I'm going to get something warm to eat. When you're done, please...knock." She suggested to them. Magdalena then closed and locked the door and headed off to get herself some food, free of charge as Shelden had said, since no one was around to say otherwise.

Sora only chuckled, spinning once before bring his foot up and smashing it into the ground, spikes of ice jutting up all around Sheldon. With a small frown, and a shove of his arms, the spikes flew forth, like vines of razor sharp ice, reaching towards the heaven's as the snow and water around him gave him the upper edge now, the moon light too increasing his powers.

"Do I look like I care kid?"

He asked as he turned, a whip of water jetting towards the skies just above the poor elf mage.

Sora was ready this time, a crack of the of his whip caused it to shatter into hundreds possibly thousands of needle sharp ice sharps, that now began to rain down towards the mage. The remaining water however, was quickly put to use as he held his ground, a quick arm movement sent the snow that lay around the ground and the cold moisture in the air in a shield like fashion, a growl and push forward sent the wave of water in a wide range at the mage.

Flipping back, and twisting, while in mid air Sora landed on one foot, his boots slippery once more allowing him to 'skate' across the frozen grounds. A flip and turn, gathered more of his element as he skated along like a swan on a lake.

Turning his feet he froze the ground around him to the point where the ice kept him in place now, three rings once again at his command as he awaited what would surely happen.

"Gotcha!"

He shouted, as the three rings slammed into the ground, a shake of the frozen earth untill the water burst forth from the ground right beneath Sheldon, a small grin upon his lips as, he pulled more water from the air and frozen ground, the water wrapping around his arms like snakes he charged, one hand focusing the water into a blade shape as it froze tightly to his arm, a leap as the other arm vanquished the flames that would dare to stand in his way.

His grin rather apparent as Sheldon had not seen what he'd been doing the entire time, the water he'd bent, the ice path's he'd made, the pool of water he'd left unbent.

The shards hit the flame barrier, the ice causing steam and a hissing sound as it returned to water, taking the flames out little by little untill the the shards fell no more, a large puddle of water around Sheldon and his shield now came into being however.
