"My god." Yumi said, staring at the old museum and laughing. "I can't believe this thing is still standing." she murmured, her eyes softening as she touched the wall. "God...after all this time and nothing's changed." she whispered, rubbing her forehead. "Dammit...I really regret this mission even more now." she sighed. "Buuuuut....if I wanna find this...Akatsuki...I'll have to look around...right?" she continued to say to herself, making up excuses so she wouldn't feel guilty for exploring her old home. She entered the clay museum, letting the scent, letting the look, letting it all in, giving her the feeling of an ultimate high. Something great.
He really needn't have disguised himself, but it had been something new to do, and you couldn't really blame Itachi for wanting to just get away from it all for a while. He also pulled off the idiot tourist thing very well to the guard, who had been eyeing him suspiciously for a bit, until he had finally decided to speak...(WOW, that makes absolutely no sense. O-o)
"Now...Deidara...what DOES he eat anyway...? I've never seen him eat..." Itachi thought, sighing. This wasn't worth the trouble.

Sakura nodded apologetically. "If I wanted to see a tiger I could've went somewhere else. She gave him a small smile. "Clay birds?" She thought I might've been nice to see some of Deidara's work, since the person that made the tiger wasn't very good at it. This time she wasn't faking her interest.

Yumi clapped her hands behind her back and glanced around the museum for a few minutes. Something caught her eye. It was a little clay deer, that was at the bottom of a display. It was behind a few other things, but when she saw it, it caught her interest. "Wow...it's so petite..." Yumi whispered to herself, studying the clay deer from behind the glass. She shifted her eyes upwards to see a girl with pink hair and a blonde man speaking. That was when everything in her mind came crashing down.
Itachi decided the easiest thing to do would be to check every shop...there weren't that many food shops around, luckily, and after he had finished checking all of them there was still no Deidara.

Sakura had the odd feeling of eyes on her. Not as a glare, but a simple stare. Turning around, she covered her mouth with her hand. I-is it really... "Yumi-neechan?" She whispered softly, unsure if this woman was who she proclaimed. "I-is it you?"

For a moment, she merely stared in shock, watching her younger sister in amazement. 'Liar. He said she wouldn't recognize me...oh s**t...my cover's just been blown.' she thought, standing up slowly.
"Kazekage-sama...I swear, I will beat your a** so hard..." she whispered, before disguising a plan as quickly as possible. She was sure it wouldn't work - pink hair, green eyes, traits only visable to the Haruno clan.
"I'm sorry, Miss, do I know you?" Yumi asked, smiling at Sakura, feeling her heart crush as she lied to her younger sister. She opened her eyes to watch the girl. She had changed so much, and Yumi had to resist the impact that told her to hug her sister and start crying.

Deidara nodded, with a sense of self-pride. He definitely had a knack for making clay figurines, especially birds. He also felt satisfied. He could clearly tell that Sakura hadn't had much interest in the museum, and for her to seem interested (and not faking it) in something that HE did was nice for a change. Not even....well, even Sasori hadn't held interest in his works, and so for this new person to want to know more was something that Deidara enjoyed.
"I make them a lot, yeah," he said with a hint of smug pride in his voice. He was going to explain a bit about it, but he felt someone coming towards them. He immediately put himself on guard as best he could; he hadn't brought any weapons with him (besides his clay), and he wasn't a close distance fighter. He stood still, and watched as this newcomer came into to sight. He glanced at Sakura, and watched as her expression changed to utter shock at the woman in front of her.
He didn't ask questions. His plan was to observe and find out anything he could, and then get the hell out. The blonde wasn't sure if his suspitions were correct, but if he had learned ANYTHING in his years as a ninja and as an Akatsuki, it was that first instincts are correct the majority of the time.
There was also a second reason as to why Deidara needed to get OUT of this museum.
'Uchiha Itachi's in town, yeah,' he thought. Deidara frowned. He could sense Itachi's chakra almost anywhere. The strong and calm area wasn't hard to miss when you had been in the vicinity of the man for years.
Deidara watched as the two ladies stared at each other. Observation one, they KNEW each other. He noted how the older was in a state of shock before making a lie to cover up.
Observation two: The older indeed KNEW Sakura, but was lying about it. Deidara also knew that this woman was a ninja.
His conclusion? It's time to LEAVE.
He turned to Sakura, and touched her shoulder, getting her attention.
"Sakura-chan, I have to go. I think I left something back at that ramen place, so I'm gonna go an check to see if it's still there. I'll be back, yeah."
He gave her an assuring smile, and turned to both girls.
"Have a nice day, ladies. I'll be back soon, yeah."
Giving both women friendly waves, he calmly made his way to the exit. When he was a few blocks away from the musuem, he took off a little faster. To the ramen shop? Of course not. To Itachi.
Following his chakra, he was able to find Itachi. Of course, Itachi was in disguise just as he himself was, but he KNEW Itachi, so it wasn't difficult to find him even in his disguise. The young man was just exiting a shop, and Deidara casually walked up to him.
"You're in Konoha too, yeah?" he said as he took step with Itachi. It was wise NOT to use Itachi's name, especially since Itachi was such a big criminal in Konoha.

Yumi spun around on the spot, seeing the man leave. Her eyes narrowed. Everything about her younger sister was forgotten for a moment and she kicked herself mentally for not bringing her katana. 'Dammit...I should've KNOWN...But stupid Gaara...he should've at least told me more than the fact that 'one's blonde, one looks kinda like me and used to be from Sand, one's an Uchiha, one's a giant fish, and the others, I dunno.' Yes, that's what Gaara had said.
'And that, I'm sure, was the blonde...' Then she remembered Sakura. Spinning back to face her younger sister, who was now merely only about two inches shorter than her, she wrapped her arms around her. "I'm sorry, Sakura-chan, but now's no time. Now I regret ever coming on this mission...But I still have to fufill my duties. Please forgive me...and don't tell Mother or Father...please." Yumi begged quietly, letting her sister go and gripping her shoulders. "It's the only favor I'll ever ask...But I'm so sorry."
Yumi danced backwards quickly, before darting out of the building, then concentrating on the blonde mans chakra.
-
"No, I'm not." Itachi said. The seriousness was spooky, considering he was trying to be sarcastic. If he wanted, he probably could have made Deidara believe that he was some kind of illusion, but it wasn't worth it. "I've been looking all over for you, dammit. Why'd you chose this place to eat?! You're so troublesome sometimes." Itachi growled, and then lifted his eyes, frowning. "Is anyone...following you?" he asked casually, continuing to stare over Deidara's shoulder.

Deidara grinned and snickered. Seeing Itachi in such a state was quite amusing. He shrugged.
"I'm on vacation. I actually CAUGHT my bijuu, unlike YOU," he teased, though he didn't push the matter any further. For one, Deidara knew he wasn't as strong as the Uchiha.
And two, someone (probably that girl), was chasing his chakra. He immediatly formed a seal, and any trace of his chakra was hidden. She would only be able to come up to this point. After that, there was nothing to track.
"In fact, someone IS tracking me. Hide your chakra, we gotta get out of here, yeah." he said seriously as he jumped up and darted across the rooftops, heading for the gates.
"Man~ So much for a vacation. I didn't even get to finish my museum trip with Sakura-chan!" he whined.

After the teasing, Itachi shot Deidara a threatening glare, before making a quick hand-seal, copying Deidara's idea of hiding their chakra. But he didn't move for a moment, staring past where Deidara was, seeing the girl who had stopped in her tracks.
-
'Dammit...I've been spotted. I can't sense his chakra anymore...Or his chakra, for that matter...I hadn't even noticed.....' Yumi's thoughts trailed off as she lifted her eyes, feeling a stare upon her. But by the time she looked up, the person staring at her was gone.
-
"Sakura-chan? Do we know anyone of such a name?" Itachi asked, once he had caught up with Deidara. He recognized it, vaguely, and then ah-ha-ed! under his breath. "Sakura...She's one of Sasuke's former teammates, isn't she?" He was moreso questioning himself, since it wasn't likely Deidara knew.

Deidara looked at Itachi, and his eyes widened a bit.
"She was Sasuke's teammate, yeah? So Sasuke and that blonde kid, yeah..."
Deidara jumped over the gates, unnoticed by the guards. Still keeping his chakra hidden, he made his way to where his cloak and gear was, and grabbed it.
He'd have to spend his vacation time somewhere else.
With a sigh, he put on his cloak, gear, and eye-scope, and frowned.
"It's not fair. I didn't even get to stay there for long. You're hometown is really nice, Itachi. And Sakura-chan was cute, too, yeah. Maybe you would've thought so, too. Cuter than her sister, yeah," he whined.

Itachi landed next to Deidara and watched him quietly for a moment. "Sister?" he asked curiously, not knowing about Yumi. "No, I won't even ask. Cute? Well...that most certainly is wonderful, but I don't think girls should be your top priority at the moment, Deidara." Itachi lectured, sighing weakly.
(Wow...not much to say...Gotta wait for Sakura to be all like: Oh em gee, wtf?)

{{OOC:}}-huge sweatdrop- well.... hell! how am i supposed to emurse myself in the plot NOW? troublesome people who cut me out of the plot. -grumbles and wracks brain for an idea- youre all lucky i got mad roleplay skillz.-.-}}
Cari had gotten tired of waiting for Sakura and Deidara to get to the museum so with a sigh she entered. Walking along for a couple of minutes Caris eyes narrowed at a twisted mangled peice of clay that made no sense to her.
Having an idea Cari concentrated chakra to her feet, lifted a foot and stuck it on the wall. Her other foot following the first Cari crossed her arms as she stood sideways on the wall, her hair almost touching the ground. Caris eyes widened and she gave a small sound of enlightenment.
Ignoring the small crowd that had gathered next to her and had turned their heads to the side, Cari walked down the wall and decided to find Sakura-san and Deidara-san.
Finally catching sight of pink hair Cari came to a screeching sight as it was not one but two candy pink heads. The taller one dissapeared leaving a shocked Sakura. Running up Cari lightly touched sakuras arm,
"Sakura? Are you okay? Whered Deidara-san go? Sakura? Sakura!"Cari shook Sakuras shoulder to try and snap her out of the suprised trance she was in.

Sakura blinked a few times before shaking her head. "Cari-chan, I...They...Yumi-neechan was here and then she just...Deidara-San said he needed to go and...I just..." She couldn't find a way to complete any of her sentences, definatly confused. "Cari-chan, I'm sorry, but...Well, can you help me find Yumi-Neechan? Who knows what kind of trouble she thinks I've gotten myself into, I just can't speak right now."
She walked out of the museum, her head spinning with confusion as she walked down the street, hoping to catch sight of either Yumi or Deidara. She needed some sort of explaination.

Deidara scoffed at Itachi. He kept on guard, looking out if anyone was chasing them. None were. Good, he could take a quick breather, and then he'd have to be off.
It was a shame, though. Sakura seemed like a really nice girl, and now that her sister was aware of him, she might be too. It sure sucked when you can't even get to know your new friends because you're, y'know, EVIL. It was times like these when Deidara regretted being in the Akatsuki.
Well, Deidara didn't really consider himself evil. If you wanted evil, you went to the leader. Akatsuki was evil in general, that's all.
"And why the hell shouldn't it be?" he replied. "I'm still young," he answered with a grin. He nudged Itachi with his elbow a bit.
"You too! Honestly, Itachi, you should find yourself a good girl. It would break my heart," he said, not half as serious as he should be, "to see you when you're eighty-something and still single."

Itachi frowned slightly and looked at Deidara with thoughtful eyes. "I don't think I could ever fall in love." he said, his voice colder than it needed be. "It's difficult for me to trust people now." Itachi was showing a side that he'd never once showed before. A more gentle, sad, side. His dark eyes were slightly blurred before he turned around and stared at Konoha. "I barely remember..." he said, mostly to himself.
