That would be a reference to your mid-sized mines. Midsized mines work only on Mid-sized vessels and lower.
You might knock out a Nebulon B or a Corellian Corvette, but anything bigger would laugh at your efforts.

Note that its already been established your "Superweapon" is like an EMP mine on steroids.
I dont know why you'd be concerned with midsized EMP mines.
