While I'm still a little confused on 1 and 3, I must say I like the idea of those kind of little word games (Oh, we'd have a bunch of fun with that one, especially with our minds) and the interviewing...While it might not be the coolest thing ever, it'd be a nice thing to do, and be especially fun if we could do random interviews with our own OCs, though I'd be scared of the questions we dare come up for each other.
Anyway, I'm still confused on what you mean by hiring but not exactly by gold...Can anyone else explain it to me? In a more simpler, blonde needs explanation way?

All right..I'l try to explain 1 and three like this.
1)
Hi! My name is _______! I like to do ________ role-plays, and I do not like to do _________. I like to role-play as ________, while I do not like to role-play as _______. Groups/onexone/board would be (fine, horrible..) for me. If you want to role-play with me, give me a PM.
3) Hi! I'm want a comission a fan(art,fiction). I want it to have _________, but I would not like _________ in the piece.
Does that clear things up? sweatdrop I'm not really trying to "hire anyone" exactly..but for those that get up and leave without a reason (kinda like me these past three days....^^; ), there should be a small kind of fee they should pay if any cost at all...like...meh..20 gold. sweatdrop

I'm still lost as to what exactly your ideas meant. Hence why I turned your case over to my crew and VCs. If they're not responding, it's usually means it's not a popular idea. =(

Sometimes RPs can go on hiatus for a while, though. It's nothing to worry about. It just happens.
I am, however, highly offended by your accusations of us running because you're "too different for us." That's a self-indulgent load of bull and it makes me want to laugh. Too different? That's just sad, honey. You don't know me. Don't go making assumptions about me.

The majority of the active members of this guild are full-time working adults. You're either going to have to deal with us not being able to Role-Play constantly or leave. We do have lives outside of Gaia Online.

Suggestion:
Perhaps, to start some discussion again, a thread that maybe weekly discusses something specific about Yuugioh? I know, kind of lame, but I really can't think of anything that either hasn't been done or something that enough won't "want" to do. Unfortunately, since the Manga officially ended in Shounen Jump and all versions of the anime is more or less complete (save for fansubs of "the undubbed series"... and like Saku mentioned...
So, what... can be done?
I donno, a thread that has a list of things to discuss weekly, but will only cover one topic per week. Or... I don't know.
Gah, sorry.
