She nodded, pretty sure that whne he was asleep she'd go to find where he was and sleep nearby. She slid down the tree trunk and turned her head to the side. She needed sleep, and her brain was for once at peace with her insomnia subsided, her eyes started to lull closed.

Baizou nodded and after he arched his back, he made his way over to his tree and began to climb it until he found a good sturdy branch. He draped himself over it until he was comfortable enough to sleep and dozed off in a near instant. Partially from satisfaction, and mostly from the cold.

The last thing her brain remembered as she faded into sleep, she saw his retreating figure out of her lazy glazed eyes. It was the easiest to attain, and most restful sleep she had had in weeks.

The slowly awaking Serenity looked around the nightfall around her. She had slept for an entire day, but oh did her body thank her for it. She sat up, tugging the jacked on, and walked over to look up the tree for the red head from last night. Before looking too far, she heard an explosion of fireworks.. or a bomb. She wasn't really sure...

Baizou opened his eyes and stared up at the branches above him. He had intended on sleeping for a week or so, but something woke him up... He sat up and slid down from his branch bed. Baizou glanced around and spotted the woman from the other day, "Hey," He said, walking up to her, "Did you enjoy using my coat?"

Fully intending on acting zoned out for quite awhile, she looked over, both colored eyes shining. "Y-yes... Thank you, sir." she said, not quite sure why she was being respectful, but she nodded, and shrugged the jacket off, and her under shirt was the same as before. As it had always been for longer than she could remember. She washed it, but it was the same one for hundreds of years. A ... ritual of sorts. A gift from her father, and she had convinced herself that if she wore it, she was keeping some amount of respect in his name. Like, "See, I'm not a show-offy whore!"

After he had ceased to resopnd, she just smirked a tiny bit and walked away, towards the city. She would pay for a shower in a public 'hygiene center' and wash her clothes while she was in it. But, she'd leave the jacket as it was.. She wouldn't wash anything she dind't have to pay for. It wasn't really hers, after all. She arrived at the clinic like place that was completely empty, even if it was five-o-clock, and the busiest time of the day in the city. She watched as the clerk attendant eyed her, probably scouting her out as some sort of .. vampyre, and not trusting her. Serenity dropped her money ont he counter, watching the lone dull quarter spin until clattering to a stop, as she walked past and slipped out of her clothes, into a towel, and putting her clothes in the machine. "Put them in the dryer, will you?" she said to the clerk, then leaving to the showers.

Baizou slipped his jacket back on and pulled his hair out from under the fabric. "Well, now what do I do?" He asked himself, pulling the hood up to warm his ears. He decided to go back the way he came. Perhaps he could find something interesting to do in town.

Out she came from the long shower, smelling of sakura's and sweet baby vanilla. Her clothes were actually dried, which suprised her, but the money was still on the ocunter, and the clerk no where to be seen. She took her clothes and changed back in a stall, coming out while wringing her hair out in a towel. She dropped the towelin a bin by the door, and left, her still wet hair flipping about in the breeze. Everything she seemed to be looking at was surreal, as if none of it were really there. It must have been the 'clearing of the mind' that she had experienced... Ah well.. she'd be best not to be reminded of the red head anymore, as she walked down the street, through crowds and glaring at onlookers, as surreal as they did seem, even with a cat call or two.

Baizou had left the forest and couldn't help but stretch comfortably as the warm sun spread over his skin. He now walked with a slight spring, back to his usual slightly more cheerful mood. He laced his fingers with each other and stretched them, pushing his palms outward. Perhaps he'd get some actual food...

There was no sign of Akran, nore the other one.. Aidran.. or whatever he had called himself. She saw another vamp, and they met eyes, if only briefly. She walked on, feeling a bit disconnected, as she rounded a corner and knocked right into someone going the opposite direction. Her balanced faltered and she fell slowly back, and as though in slow motion, she watche the things around her, and how the dust in the sunshine floated down to teh ground and other surfaces jsut likeherself.. Onto the concrete. It was amazing at how crowded the street was that no one had been there to break her fall, but a second later, she could feel the eyes staring at her, and the realization hit that she was still on the ground. She sat up as some one stepped over her with an annoyed grunt. Her hand reached up to the back of her skull, point of impact, and she felt the sore spot with tender pale fingers. Bringing her fingers to her own view, she barely gasped. Blood.
It was as angellic of thing as she had seen recently, the color of blood against her skin, but it did little to arouse her craving for it. She stay seated, and the river of people just seemed to flow around her now, like a rock in the rapids.

Baizou continued to walk, coming to what appeared to be a bottleneck of people. As if there had been a crowd before, but it was slowly filing out. Slowly, he continued to walk only to stop again. He looked down at the woman near his feet, recognizing her as the one from before. He felt like he should say something, but nothing came to his lips. Giving up, Baizou decided to continue walking, planning on taking a rest when he found somewhere to sit.

The cool, yet hot, blood pooled at her scalp, and she could feel a drip slip down her spine. She stood, and was terribly dizzy, and she walked like a drunkard away from the sidewalk, down an alley towards the ruins. The outskirts of the city would offer her some sort of peace to bleed into a passed out state of numbness.

Baizou wasn't walking very much ahead of her. In fact, if he had stopped abruptly, they may've possibly bumped into each other. Finally, the crowd thinned and Baizou was able to stop to take in his surroundings with a clear line of vision. He could tell Serenity was troubled by something, but she wasn't his concern anymore. At the moment, she was just a nice meal and not really anything more than that.
