NadiaM Vague JoVo That, or a very poor satirist. Really, so true. I recently found out that some tattoo inks are metallic and interfere with MRIs. You watch Mythbusters too? biggrin No, the lady asked me if I had any tattoos( or non-visible piercings xp ) before the last time I did an MRI. Curious: how is that information busting a myth?

Pogo NadiaM Vague JoVo That, or a very poor satirist. Really, so true. I recently found out that some tattoo inks are metallic and interfere with MRIs. You watch Mythbusters too? biggrin OMG! Am I the only one who thinks that the one with the Orange Beard just ate some cheetos a bit to messily? Anyways, I thought that I't really didn't interfere with them that badly. I'm not going to get a tattoo because needles give me the heebie-jeebies.... It's not the interference... in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, the magnetic field causes trouble with metal. If you have a metallic tattoo, you can get burned.

It was said that the iron in a tattoo would be pulled out of the skin during an MRI, thus exploding and hurting a lot.
btw, it doesn't. biggrin

I like them both, especially the one with the moustache of doom! How do you spell that...anyway. The ping-pong ball one made me so happy. I used to read duckbooks all the time when I was a child.

i don't think i'll ever get a tattoo, i change my mind on things so much i would want to rip my skin off. as soon as i'm 18 i want to get a bar through two holes in on my upper ear. bellybutton would hurt so much and tounge would get on my nerves and ruin my teeth. i may get a side lip done, but thats gotten really "emo"

Wonder!and i may get a side lip done, but thats gotten really "emo" The "hardcore" were getting into it two last time I checked up on high school trends. Then again, I might be biased to the "trucker hat"-wearing, homophobic a*****e that had three lip piercings. Wait, he only thought he was a hardcore punk and thought he was hot s**t. I may be pretentious, but he was a moron. As for the barbell you meant in and out through the top ridge, right? Not as many people get that done. Navel piercings like any body piercing can reject really easily, and it isn't usually pleasant for people.
