Bah, do not confuse me for a capitalist! Ever since I bought out Welch's those Illegal Immigrants have been getting 10$ an hour, Healthcare and Dental. Illegal Immigrants for crying out loud! Even Algus here was one! Look at him now! Right Hand of the Council!!

Darn right it is. I was given the idea when I say a web page catagorizing the different abilities. I then had all my thoughts about specialized magics and boom! Country.
