fenris smiled even more at zero's speed. he'd finally found a worth while opponent. fenris quickly jumped into the air, turning to where he heard the heartbeat go and flapped his wings, waiting for zero to be seen. with his eyes, he could see blurs of zero's body heat moving, keeping up though with much difficulty. this only made fenris happier. ''hurry up and settle, boy. unless you don't want to play.'' fenris cackled.

hearing zero's heart and movements behind him fenris blocked the man's hand with his strong wings, not a dent recieved within them as fenris now faced zero at the blink of an eye and grabbed his hand. ''maybe you are a mouse after all...food for snakes like myself.'' fenris cackled, sending a swift hand for zero's mid section, his fangs ready to clamp on his throat the way wolves kill their pray.

fenris caught the kick, clamping his oversized fangs into zero's ankle and tearing viciously at it. he released and swiped at zero with both sets of claws, swiping with an x fashion, his claws extending five more inches, becoming harder and sharper while still full of the black viral poison.

fenris looked at each, delight starting to rise still within him. he lifted his wings and circled about him a vicious wind, darkening all around and blew the two zero's away, the wind's howel rising, becoming deafening and excrutiating to sensitive ears. fenris' own were blocked, not succumbing to the sharp screams. the wins expanded, sharpened, becoming a thin and deadly sharp wirelike energy shooting out in all directions, cutting everything they touched. some stray winds met a near by lamp post and cut it down to scraps.

fenris recieved the blow, letting out a gasp and a growl. he dropped himself to the ground, looking up in a grimace to zero. ''i guess i may be. something i may change soon enough.'' he said, his body becoming red as a poker and just as hot. flames shot out, swirling around fenris and melting the concrete he stood upon, melting the ground to ash, digging a hole around the creature until fenris himself dissapeared with the flames. ''next time'' he spoke to zero.

hearing the fight from his house xin walked out to his front yard, peering carefully at the scene. his red eyes spied mak and hikaru's attack along with their capture. even though he knew who they were he didn't throw in his hand to help them, deciding instead to follow where they might be taken. xin knew mak and hikaru only through stories and pictures from his mother, the same way he only knew of his father. the boy hurried into the mansion with the wolf following closely along.

''best go in prepared.'' xin said, finding the weapons room of his house and picking out one item, a long sword that could withstand any modern amunition and cut through the toughest metal. he sheathed it at his back and took daness out the back way of the house, ready to follow the soldiers of the government.

Maru stepped out from the mansion her power restorred after a quick rest. Hikaru and Mak loaded into a van, the braclets beeping softly and glowing. Maru sighed rubbing her eyes and ordered the transport to go, she flew and landed on top of the van, she kept her hold on it her wind powers makking it more than easy.

Maku blinked and held him down. "I know but still...." He sai before sighing. "What else are we supposed to do? Not Like we can do stuff like at home...." He said sighing again.
