Everyone else is saying Hades and Scar. Yeah Hades is your basic hilarious villain who everyone loves to hate, and Scar was just pure evil but can we not forget Disney's first villain? The one who really started it all and set the bar for ALL Disney Villains?

Lady Tremaine (sp?) Cinderella's stepmother is another deviously wonderful villain.

Let's not forget dear Maleficent. She was the one who made it cool to transform into a dragon.
