She cringed and felt the impact of every blow, lessened by her shield, but she could still feel it none the less. Hurriedly she tried to think of anything that she could do to get to him. Then she had an idea. The next instant that his fist touched her shield it wrapped itself around him instead of her. It acted as a constraint, pulling itself tightly around him.

Ace roared as the shield wrapped around him. "Get this off of me now or I will remove you from this world." He growled firing a blast of dark energy from his mouth all around the room.

She took a step towards him, and then another. Her hands trembling for different reasons. Yes she was afraid. It scared her so much to see him like this. To hear him like this. To think that she couldn't do anything. Finally she was a foot away from him, looking up at the one she loved with a pained expression. "Ace... Please..."

Ace's eyes were flooded with rage and hatred but directed no where he was just enraged and hating the world. He would strike down anything at the moment as he roared struggling and slowly weakening the barrier. "I will get free and rip your pretty little head from those shoulders with my own two hands." He snarled at Rikoi. His eyes narrowing now at her. He was doing his technique his eyes glared deep into hers and she could feel him beginning to enter her mind.

"NO!" She shouted, and forced him back and then forced herself into his mind, her physical body slumping to the floor.

Darkness enveloped her. Than a faint laughing grew and grew till it was deafeningly loud. "My dear it has been a long time since someone has dared to trespass in this mind. Let me show you why." Rikoi appeared in the middle of a huge bloody battle. It was the slaying of the foxes that had happened many years ago.

She winced but stood firm. Her eyes flicked from side to side, taking in the scene she was in.
"I've seen th-this before." She said loudly. "I'm here for Ace!"

"Yes, but have you seen this part?" the voice whispered as a black dragon made of pure energy flew out of no where wrapping around a couple then collapsing destroying them both and then she heard a baby crying from a stroller that the couple had pushed a way before their screams cracked through the air.

Her face contorted in pain as she watched and heard. Her hands clenched tightly, causing her nails to dig into her palms.
"S-stop it." Rikoi forced herself to take a deep breath. "Where is Ace?" Her eyes flashed dangerously. "Where is he?!"

"He's right there can't you see him?" At the origin of the attack a familiar image stood with a stern look as the dark energy poured out of his hands and he approached the couple as his attack ate away at them.

Ketali sped into the hall, almost tripping over her own two feet as she went. "Ace! Rikoi!!!" she shouted. She stopped when she came to where they were and froze. "Rikoi!?!? Rikoi!?!?!?" she called bending down next to her. "Rikio, Answer me!!!"

Rikoi's body was motionless, though she was breathing just fine. Inside of Ace's body Rikoi stared at Ace, trembling.
"Ace..." Her face crumpled. "No! Thats not him! Thats not my Ace!" She turned away from the scene and looked around franticly.

The voice laughed at her. "Well isn't that who you were looking for? That is Ace. And that baby... is someone you should recognize.. Yes Ace killed the baby's parents without a second thought." the voice echoed.

She couldn't help it. She had to look. She turned and stared at the crying child, her eyes wide.
"Thats... Thats not what M-Mara told me..." She whispered. "Thats not what K-Kesa told me happened..."

Ketali felt for Rikoi's pulse and quickly drew in a breath. "Still alive..." she whispered. She looked around and when she spotted Ace she froze again. Also not moving she realized what was happened and brought her knees to her chest. She couldn't do anything, just wait.
