Well, ya see, I plan on being dead by the time I hit 45. Since no one in the field of mathematics does anything useful after the age of 45, I figure that I'll probably just unintentionally blow myself up doing something stupid and not have to worry about that kind of thing.
And besides, I'm pretty flat anyway, so it doesn't really matter.
I'm serious. I have about a 76% chance of dying from my own stupidity before I reach middle age.

No, no, no. That would be intentional. I'd be doing something stupid, like trying to build a fridge from scratch, or trying to make a railgun. While gunpowder is fun, it's too hard to kill yourself unintentionally unless one is doing something that's premediated stupid. I want a more spontaneous stupid, a more, this-would-have worked-just-fine-except-you-accidentally-touched-both-wires stupid.
